The cards to get in were so sensitive and i always carry earpods, phone, coins etc in my handbag. I was lucky to not get locked out! I could hear the elevator and tram but not much could be done about that! I did pop a blanket down near the crack of the door and it muffled the sound a bit. Overall was great though

I loved the rooftop - very nice!! Also liked that i was given coffee pods, coke and timtams - that was a very nice gesture and the front reception staff were lovey.

It's not a complaint, just a suggestion... it would have been lovely to have some complimentary biscuits to have with a cuppa when we first arrived (rather than the soft drink in the fridge, which we don't drink - but others would have appreciated that).

The location was brilliant for getting to the MCG for a footy match. Also close to great eating places and everything you might need. Plus it looked out over a leafy quiet side street, which was a surprise I didn't expect with this central location. We also were able to park our car safely and easily (for an extra charge, but it was reasonable). It also had a very well equipped kitchenette - I wish we could have stayed longer to make use of it, would be great for a few days when you want to do some of your own meals. It's in a lovely older building, beautifully renovated - and the bed was very comfortable. The manager was really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We'll be back!

Tv was located in a strange position.

We came for the rugby so the location was brilliant. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Parking wasn’t available for the night but staff had many alternative suggestions.

Mould around windows and bathroom wet areas. Small step into the bathroom and shower were trip hazards.

Staff were fantastic and so helpful. Good location for walking distance to Epworth Hospital.

The mould in the room particularly around the windows and the bathroom wet areas. The little step into the bathroom and into the shower was a trip hazard. If you have little ones maybe ask for a ground floor room as there are no safety screens on the windows. The street noise kept me up but I think if you're staying a few nights you would get used to that anyway.

The staff were so friendly and so accommodating with helping us out while we waited for family to be discharged from the nearby hospital after surgery. Walking distance to Epworth Richmond. We also walked into the city from here.

Only thing on check we were expecting a receptionist to be available to call a taxi for us unfortunately there was no receptionist even though it states in the motels signage that one would be there between 7am - 11pm. We were at reception at 7.30am-8am before another taxi picking up a guest called another taxi for us Other than that thoroughly enjoyed our stay

luv the kitchenette in our studio apartment, very quiet room too. permit parking is great, don’t have to leave car miles away from hotel. very close to tram stop to hop straight into cbd or to get to southern cross station.

Next door was a wine bar. So the noise from the outdoor area was quite loud when trying to sleep Bathroom sliding door was very heavy and hard to close.
