Our one bedroom apartment was spacious well appointed and very clean and comfortable with washing dryer machine (combined)also a dishwasher . Was serviced daily with clean towels etc. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of cafes near by and a convenience store just a few hundred metres away. A good 10 minute walk to the train station and a bus stop just outside.

The room wasn’t spotless - hair and stains on the towels and stained chairs. The gym could also have more equipment e.g. free weights. Not much to do in the immediate area so feels far from sights, depending on what you want to get out of Sydney.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. All basic cooking equipment is provided. Very modern and comfortable. Gym, sauna and complimentary use of washer/dryers were great perks!

Apartment was extremely well appointed. Use of space was amazing with all mod cons including dishwasher! Apartment was clean and serviced daily. High end hair and body lotion plus comfortable mattress and bedding. Laundry in lower level was outstanding. 4 brand new washers and dryers that were readily accessible at all hours. Honey and Daniel on reception were so helpful and kind, always ready to assist. High praise to all hardworking staff behind the scenes. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

It is some time since we stayed at the Quest North Sydney. I can't remember anything that I would have liked to be different.

The location is extremely convenient for us. Very good laundry facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Our room overlooked a carpark, although it didn’t bother us too much. Clearer instructions on how to get from the carpark to the hotel would have been helpful as we walked a much longer way to the front entrance of the hotel, when there is actually a more direct back entrance which is much quicker.

Clean and modern, comfortable bed, a pleasant stay overall. We were also offered a free room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise.

From the nearest train station it is uphill so just be aware! Otherwise no faults :)

Great hotel and room! Also there is a few cafe's nearby and further down the road there is a convenience store and the room we had a kitchen. The staff were super helpful too.

The hotel was in a great location with bus stops on either side of road and train station about 10 min walk through a shopping centre. The hotel was very clean and all the staff from down stairs at front desk to the cleaning staff was so helpful and friendly.

The position of the TV isn't the greatest. It is somewhat too far and even when you tilt it is not at the best angle (if you watch it from the bed). Watching it from those sofas (which are too hard) is not exactly ideal. The shower only has a rainhead. I don't like having only this option. I posted a picture with the view from the room (not quite what I expected in comparison with the pictures from Booking).

The staff were friendly. The room is big enough, although I didn't particularly love the layout as it feels like a long wagon. It is clean. The location is okish. You have a bus station in front, but the trains are further away (700-800m). When you leave it is fine (downhill), coming back a little harder.

We arrived there really late(time around 10:35-11pm). Actually, they will send you a code to help you get the room card and check in by yourself. But receptionist really friendly and kind, help us to check in and told us where we can parking. Also the bed is very soft and comfortable, and we have a good rest. Just only walk around 5-10min to train station. We will recommend for everyone.

The cost of the parking and virtual inability for disabled people to access it. Also would like bins emptied daily (even in holidays).

Love that it’s central to lots of things. Staff are great….especially the young girl that checked us out.
