Pillows were a bit hard and made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Not a lot of privacy with the room unless all curtains are closed. Not a deal breaker if you’re not in the room a lot.

Very clean and so close to Westfield which was great. The facilities are great as well and the water pressure for the shower was amazing. I highly recommend the room service as well. Close to a bus that takes you straight to the CBD as well.

The room was a little dated.

Close to Westfield. The motel room was a little dated however overall clean and a really comfortable bed. In-house room service was an added bonus. Would be fantastic if there was barista coffee on the menu for breakfast.

I did not realise there was no house keeping on Sunday, but no real stress.

The room was spacious and warm upon our arrival. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the room was wonderfully equipped. It was a great 4 days in Melbourne to watch the grand prix, although we were out late every evening it was a perfect base to come back to, so we could rest up and get back to it the next day. Easy after hours returns, useful shops and place to eat nearby. Great wifi and plenty of outlets for devices. Quiet and enjoyable when we needed it.

This was one of the most quiet properties even though it is located close to shops (Doncaster Shopping Centre), it was clean, and had everything one would normally expect for a property with this rating. This property offers free, security parking. Bonuses are the free laundry and most delicious free coffee available in the lobby. Can't recommend highly enough.

There was some type of fan or bent that I couldn’t firm a switch for to turn off. That was a bit noisy during the night. Lots of pillows with the same profile/ thickness. I prefer low profile pillows ( I should have mentioned this prior to check in )

Location excellent for us with very good friends all living within 10 minutes drive of the Apartment.The staff were all cheerful and helpful and went about their duties with a smile on their face.The grassed areas and trees and bushes made for a pleasing and relaxing environment.Free laundry was a real bonus.

The shower recess door was jammed at first and I contacted reception and they were able to fix it. Also there were no USB points to charge my phone but the staff was very helpful and gave me a plug for use. Thanks team

The connection door between rooms was Not sound proofed. We were awoken at 7am with a TV blaring from next door . Was not happy about that after a late night out. Needs to be looked at.

Our only criticism, and a bit of a risk, was separate hot and cold taps for the shower, rather than a mixer tap, so that you have to remember to turn the cold on first and off last so as not to scald yourself.

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with my cousin and her husband. The sofa-bed was in the outer room so we all had some privacy, although the bathroom was en-suite so only accessible through the bedroom - not a problem for family. The sofa-bed was very comfortable, but took up most of the room the way it was positioned when we arrived. We tuned it round so that the bed was against the wall and it was fine. Plenty of room for the 3 of us to have breakfast. The room was well appointed with cutlery, crockery and equipment etc. including a huge fridge, a washer-dryer and full sized oven. There was a free Nespresso coffee machine in reception. Reception were very friendly and helpful.

Very tastefully decorated. Comfortable and pristine. Wonderfully quiet, despite being near a busy road. I stayed 5 nights to rest and work. It was perfect. Great location and warm and helpful staff. My new go to place!

Only issue was that upon arrival the room was cold 19 degrees (thanks) but suspect that an air freshener was sprayed at conclusion of housekeeping so a strong chemical smell when door opened. Guest services made aware and have received follow up email that this will be addressed

Attentive Friendly staff at all times. The housekeeping was of a high standard. Car Parking on site free. Coffee machine in reception.(free)
