Pretty run down, in need of some renovation work. Some things were broken, the fridge was leaking, etc. Price of parking was too high.

The accomodation the room smells bad, built up moulds curtains and couch is disgusting , everything just smells bad and dusty, pillows and blankets are yellow colour, it smells lika It hasnt been wash for a longtime and the utensils and kettles and microwave are filthy

Location is great, St Kilda is one of the places I want to stay.

Clearly needs renovation any time soon, all still functional but furniture and kitchen are a little run down, slide Doors need replacement, mould in bathroom, fresh paint wouldn’t hurt.

Overall, the place is good, location is ace, staff is friendly and the Apartment was spacious

The apartment, while a little older, had a comfortable feel. We faced a couple of minor issues with the washing machine and dishwasher, but Andrew was incredibly helpful and promptly addressed them. While the initial cleaning could have been more thorough kitchen, balcony and living room, overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff is very helpful. Huge thanks to Andrew who helped us in everything we need. The location is perfect!

Took a while to receive my bond back but Marlon at reception was quick on following up and is good to deal with. Stayed here 2 months and overall not too bad save for the initial issues with booking.com regarding payment my first month. Little run down and aged compared to pics but ok otherwise. Paid in full upon initial check-in my first month but not reflected at booking.com end which shows my 1st month stay as being cancelled due to non-payment. Washing machine seriously loud like a rocket taking off so I always used the 30 min fast cycle as quieter. And as mentioned previously lack of power points and apartment wasn't particularly clean on arrival. Other than that reasonable stay and staff ok to deal with. Only other issue is air con noisy when using the heat setting but it's summer so probably won't need heating. Is quiet when using the cooling /fan setting. Note, If you have mobility issues then I don't recommend as bath/shower would be difficult to use - high step getting in and out.

Spacious, close to public transport and shops, restaurants. Also pretty good location if you like going to the beach.

There were a few minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed… toilet seat, light bulbs, cupboard doors.

The location was close to the Alfred hospital. It was within walking distance, which was our main priority. It also provided car parking (at a cost of $20 per night) so we could leave the car and not have to worry about dealing with Melbourne traffic. The fob security made us feel very safe. Marlon was very helpful. We were able to get a baby cot for our 5 month child.

A lot of the appliances were broken, many cutlery was bent, shelves and other doors were beaten up and finally, the air conditioning was very old and run down. The room definitely required a refurbishing. A lot of the beds were pretty dusty and messy when we arrived, too. It didn't feel like the cleaners gave our area much of a clean.

The living area was great for the price we paid. It was a very roomy and open space for 5+ people to stay in. The beds and couches were comfy, and the veiw was pretty nice. It felt very safe living in the upstairs area as well, despite the loud neighbours.

The appartment was a bit tired: curtains were coming off the rails and the oven was not cleaned.

The location is great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall we had a good stay. With a few little changes the accomodation could be really amazing.

Our unit wasn't cleaned properly, especially vacuuming and bathroom. Couch really needs throwing out as so stained. Bathroom tap wasn't connected to bench top and kitchen utensils and equipment need replacing.

We loved the location, was very handy to all the parts of Melbourne we wanted to explore, the apartment was extremely roomy and quiet considering near main roads

Some parts of the apartment are are in need of sprucing up. Understand that there is plan to do some renovations which would make the apartment more appealing.

A very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Good size kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very central location, close to trams (15-20 mins to CBD) and restaurants. The Manager was responsive to our requests and messages. Overall, a good comfortable stay.
