Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe apartment, while a little older, had a comfortable feel. We faced a couple of minor issues with the washing machine and dishwasher, but Andrew was incredibly helpful and promptly addressed them. While the initial cleaning could have been more thorough kitchen, balcony and living room, overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The staff is very helpful. Huge thanks to Andrew who helped us in everything we need. The location is perfect!

AustraliaTook a while to receive my bond back but Marlon at reception was quick on following up and is good to deal with. Stayed here 2 months and overall not too bad save for the initial issues with booking.com regarding payment my first month. Little run down and aged compared to pics but ok otherwise. Paid in full upon initial check-in my first month but not reflected at booking.com end which shows my 1st month stay as being cancelled due to non-payment. Washing machine seriously loud like a rocket taking off so I always used the 30 min fast cycle as quieter. And as mentioned previously lack of power points and apartment wasn't particularly clean on arrival. Other than that reasonable stay and staff ok to deal with. Only other issue is air con noisy when using the heat setting but it's summer so probably won't need heating. Is quiet when using the cooling /fan setting. Note, If you have mobility issues then I don't recommend as bath/shower would be difficult to use - high step getting in and out.
Spacious, close to public transport and shops, restaurants. Also pretty good location if you like going to the beach.

The location was close to the Alfred hospital. It was within walking distance, which was our main priority. It also provided car parking (at a cost of $20 per night) so we could leave the car and not have to worry about dealing with Melbourne traffic. The fob security made us feel very safe. Marlon was very helpful. We were able to get a baby cot for our 5 month child.

AustraliaA lot of the appliances were broken, many cutlery was bent, shelves and other doors were beaten up and finally, the air conditioning was very old and run down. The room definitely required a refurbishing. A lot of the beds were pretty dusty and messy when we arrived, too. It didn't feel like the cleaners gave our area much of a clean.
The living area was great for the price we paid. It was a very roomy and open space for 5+ people to stay in. The beds and couches were comfy, and the veiw was pretty nice. It felt very safe living in the upstairs area as well, despite the loud neighbours.

A very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Good size kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very central location, close to trams (15-20 mins to CBD) and restaurants. The Manager was responsive to our requests and messages. Overall, a good comfortable stay.
