Everything was excellent! But some constructive feedback: A staff member wasn’t sure if the street parking was free on a public holiday or not… not the end of the world, but probably should know that fact for guests with hire cars. A quick google search revealed the answer.

There was a lot of construction immediately opposite and very noisy all day.

It is well presented and easy to use layout. Great location for our theatre & concerts. Parking is good.

Toilets didn’t flush well, had to hold button down longer than necessary. On last night of stay the water was cut. Next morning it was back on but hot water didn’t come through for another 30 mins or so. Had to have a cold shower as we were checking out at 6.20am. Channels 3 and 7 were the only available channels on the TV.

Spacious room that was quiet. Bed was comfy and it was great having a kitchen. Reception staff excellent and helpful.

Unfortunately, at the time of our stay the building next door was being demolished and the noise level was significant. Ear plugs would have been useful. thats April 2024.

A little further than we thought from the convention center. It has a bath in the main bathroom which was a challenge for the older person in our group.

Very clean, with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows etc. There was enough space for the 4 of us in a 2 bedroom so we didn't feel cramped. Reception was very helpful with extra sheets and organising taxis.

we had the apartment serviced for the first three days, but then never again for no clear reason. Plus, the cleaning was not accurate. The bedroom had no window, so it was very dark. Gym was supposed to be open from 5am, but on easter day it was still closed at 6.10am and reception was not attended

You only get one key to the room so it’s hard if you need to go out separately.

Location was great, parking was easy to use. Cleaning crew was amazing.

Asked housekeeping manager if there was any water she said yes tap water ...when checking out we were told filtered water was available in reception, no map...receptionist when we checked in had no customer service the one when we checked out was lovely .....toiler brush holder was scruffy , no.mirror

Great location for NYE festivities and close to our friend's apartment as well. Southbank is a 5 minute walk. Room was great. Lovely and clean with modern furniture. Everything you needed was available - crockery, cutlery, and importantly wine glasses and coffee (pod) machine! Staff and reception were very helpful. Check in and out was smooth and quick. Really loved the snack bar in reception for when you had the munchies but didn't want to go out. Great value for money. Would happily stay again.

Melbourne was in the middle of a heatwave and the room was quite stuffy. Unfortunately there didn't seem to be a way to turn the air conditioning up.

Great location and one of the few places that have a three-bedroom apartment available. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

When we booked Quest sent a message asking checkin time, room type e.g single or double bed, and or parking. This we responded to as requested by calling reception, we received again twice as a message the same request for information. Why?

Balcony space didn’t suit the number of guests staying and not really enough lounge space for 5/6 people. It was inconvenient to not be able to contact reception when we didn’t have enough towels in our room as reception staff start late

It was a little pricey, but we were there in peak season, so I’m not surprised.

The location was excellent, the apartment was spacious and well appointed and everything was clean and fresh.

We stayed through the week and unfortunately there is construction across the road that started around 7am. This can’t be helped and isn’t the fault of the property.

Great location, short walk to the MCG - roughly 20 minutes and close to the river for a leisurely walk. Very clean, spacious room for 2 people. Check in staff were so welcoming and friendly. Cafe downstairs was also great for a quick coffee
