Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaOnly minor, but repairs could be done to the room such as ceiling damage in the bathroom from a prior leak. Purely cosmetic but would be nicer if done. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom so very foggy after a shower.
Floor 6 is far quieter for street noise. (Previously stayed floor 2) the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on in a very long time. The furnishings are modern and bright. The layout of the apartment and all the equipment is great. Parking is easy. Very friendly and helpful staff

AustraliaThe executive apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We stayed in Perth for a concert at the RAC arena which is a 2 minute walk down the road and there are so many amazing restaurants within walking distance. We didn’t need our car at all for our 2day stay.

AustraliaI stayed in the hotel this weekend Friday and Saturday night with my girlfriend and her daughter. We left with one of the keys by accident and called to tell the hotel we would drop the key back, that we had it in the car. We had already paid $1100 for two nights and $300 deposit. The hotel then proceeded to take $300 extra from my account until the key was returned without my permission despite already having the extortionate $300 dollar deposit and despite the fact that even if the key was lost it would cost a messily $20 to have one cut. The hotel have now refunded the $300 deposit and the $300 they took without permission but offered no apology or compensation despite the fact that I will now have to wait for the money they stole from my account to be returned and it could take upto two weeks.

AustraliaVERY NOISY, no attention to making sure the bedrooms are NOT as bright as possible as soon as the sun comes up. Traffic noise was ridiculous, as was the chemical smell of paint throughout the whole hotel from the "upgrades" they are doing.
It was close to where I needed to be. Thats about where it ends.

AustraliaCustomer service was lacking to begin with and I felt we were lied to aswell. Just to shut up our complaints as room was not as described when booked. I cant say everyones experience would be bad but ours was definitely soured by some of our experiences with the hotel.
I had issues with this place but atleast I slept well on the comfy bed.
