People arguing at our door over drugs at 2am. Couldn't park in front of room. One side of the bed smelt badly of vomit.

Bed was super comfy and shower head was great. Staff were friendly.

Floors definitely had not been vacuumed. Wet flannel left hanging on shower tap. No towels provided. Paper thin walls. You can hear the next doors TV and all conversations being had.

Good location and the room was offered at a good rate, but to be honest, it was average accommodation for the price.

Did not have breakfast. The room was comfortable but really needs updating. The area was generally noisy particularly with children playing out. Can only assume that these children and parent/s are staying long term which does not appeal to the overnight guests. With regards to staff, the management were non existent at the time and the casual employee although helpful was not sure how to go about things.

Very noisy as people sitting outside rooms talking until early hours of morning. Thin walls could hear all conversation and activity of nearby rooms.

Cooking Facilities ok except some cutlery was missing. Bed was comfortable. Location is great.

Walls very thin, we could one side neighbours outside lighting cigarettes and other side the neighbours screaming (abusively) until very late. The curtain rail was loose so felt the curtains were not closed enough for neighbours to see in. The room was very dated. Cupboards would not close flush, Plastic container with cutlery had 5 knives and 1 fork. Photos were deceptive. When neighbours stopped screaming, we did get a few hours of good sleep.

Good location, with on-site parking. Good door locking system, felt secure inside.

booking.com says that there is an optional breakfast for $12, but there is no way to opt out, and it isn't actually provided at all. Blatant false advertising. I stayed there for the pool (I'm very pregnant and needed to spend time floating in water to take stress off my back), and was initially told the pool would be usable "in a few hours", then "tomorrow afternoon" without explanation. Fortunately the next morning the person who was actually cleaning the pool told me I could use the upper soaking pool even though the main pool was still out of commission. The proprieter saw me there and tried to tell me again that it wasn't usable but I was able to stay. I inquired in my booking if it was possible to have a late checkout, and was told that it was fine to leave before 11am. At 10:30 the proprieter knocked at my door wanting to know why I hadn't left, and then ranted about how the person who approved 11am didn't have the authority to do so. No bin or tea in room; no outlets within reach of the bed. Constant construction noise (including hammering and sanding on the other side of my wall).

It's a basic room with aircon to stay in, which is all that I required. I can't believe how expensive it is to get the bottom-of-the-line option now, but that's the market.
