There was a door between the rooms connecting them internally. This made the room a little noisy. Other than that everything was perfect.

Service in the bar/bistro was slow although there seemed to be plenty of staff on for the amount of people eating there.

We were there for a basketball tournament in Ballarat and only had limited down time. We did however enjoy a good family morning on the golf course. Sitting on the balcony later afternoon overlooking the Gold course was very pleasant.

Breakfast was not always hot however, understand the difficulty when catering for multiple guests Pillows were too soft however, we overcame that by purchasing pillows to suit us - and left them for you.

Was a little upset that room service wasn’t available at all but was still advertised on here. But there are 2 nice places to eat on the property

The tvs they would go on and off The staff accidentally checked us out at 9 am they said that at reception because the tv shut off without our name really not good even though we hadn’t checked out well that’s their version

The staff were amazingly helpful, arrived late and they organised a meal to be sent to the room right on closing time. Absolutely best friendly service I have recieved ever.

Large, clean room wirh lovely view of golf course. Comfy beds/pillows. We had a lively casual dinner on the Terrace. All staff were friendly and professional.

We loved the heated pool outside. And we were very happy to have a bath tub in the room. Close to town.

The room we stayed in had not been vacuumed under the beds as we saw a large amount of dust and human hair which, caused allergies for one of us. The information guide on the TV didn’t provide enough information.

Excellent place to unwind, food is excellent and good options. Breakfast was excellent lots of different things to choose from. Reasonably quiet facility. Perfect location if you want to get away and forget the outside world.

Long queue for the breakfast. Single coffee machine at breakfast and it was really annoying waiting in the queue just for a coffee. Pool was too small

We had a room that the doorway between the rooms could open - it was locked we weren’t using it in that combination. Not very sound proof could hear the noise in the next room.

It’s a bit far from the main town of Ballarat.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great facilities for kids, the pool was nice and warm.

Everything, the staff were amazing, the hotel is beautiful, the food, the rooms were awesome, very comfortable and clean :) We were late to check in so reception called just to check everything was okay, we arrived 5 minutes before the kitchen closed but they were so welcoming and happy to make us food, awesome staff!

No microwave in the room. 1 female staff member serving drinks in the spring restaurant did not present as friendly. I ordered our drinks and later on requested salt and pepper for our meal. Both times she did not smile nor did she speak to me.

Please do not recommend the restaurant on level 1 , most useless stale tatseless food you can ever fond on the planet is on this restaurant with zero level of customer service
