Pavilion had some sort of altercation swearing from some leaving late perhaps security presence more obvious would make guests feel safer, didn’t see any anywhere. Some safety with bridge in garden needs to be replaced ?

A complete renovation of the unit. For the price paid we were disgusted with the lack of cleanliness. In lieu of a coffee table, we used our esky. We had to do a makeshift repair to the hanging rod in the cupboard which fell out when hanging our clothes.

The property is run down, it needs a lot of work done the restaurant wasn’t open which only left the tavern which was very busy.

Friday night, the restaurant was closed. We were sent up a muddy, poorly lit path to the smoky locals tavern only to have our dinner order forgotten. We weren't waiting any longer than an hour for a burger. We returned with a refund and hungry. The cleaner did a poor job. A used tissue between the sliding fly screen and the glass door. Louvred toilet doors? Is nothing sacred? We had an early departure to an event the next morning. The lobby was locked with a massive chain locking the glass doors!

Beds were comfortable. Carpet was nice underfoot. Pillows were ok.

It felt run down, needs a big face lift, mould needs pressure spraying off the outside of the building, some restaurants were closed, day spa was closed, putt putt course needs resurfacing, the pavilion needs to serve a better menu (we went down the road for dinner which was amazing!!!)

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, it has a lot of potential. The bushwalking tracks were great!

Great for the avid golfer with a great test of your skills, room was great with excellent beds, dinner is at the Pavilion Tavern where the meals are what you would expect pub quality. breakfast is at the resort at Lilies.

Location is nice and facilities good but had obviously suffered from heavy rain. The ceiling had poorly fitting bits of board over obvious rain damage with black mould coming out. There were weird staligtites from veranda roof with water dripping down. The outdoor furniture was rusted, mouldy and falling apart, the verandah floor was covered in mould and the paint was peeling. The water was too cold for a bath or shower after a cold night, we had to use the kettle. Taps and power point were loose. Milk was frozen. Outside huge shades all covered with black mould.

Reverse cycle air conditioner did not work and the room was cold. The bathroom was dated and the water pressure was poor. The balcony was dirty and the fridge even though it was set on the correct temperature froze what we put into it. Lights on balcony could not be turned off and only half had globes in them anyway.

Location and set up of facilities at the location. Staff member was a pleasant lady and breakfast was good. Grounds were in good condition (even though I am not a golfer) and gardens were nice. Tavern had good priced food and drinks.

Not having dinner available onsite is a real problem, as the nearby pub is one of the worst I've ever been to. The wifi hardly works.

Very friendly staff. Large, clean room and comfy bed. The grounds are lovely too.

Restaurant was understaffed - 2 hour wait for food. Also many of the facilities were non operational - ie the day spa, all restaurants/cafes except for one were closed, pavillion was being renovated etc etc but I attributed this to COVID.
