You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Amazing staff, very helpful and informative. We were made to feel very welcome. Fantastic location for visiting the Wildlife Park and Koala Sanctuary, thoroughly recommend for a fabulous experience in natural surroundings. Staff recommended somewhere in Town for breakfast as we wanted to eat early and their option was excellent.

AustraliaThe Queen size bed was sagging , soft and moved when you moved. It was so bad, we cramped up on both nights and the pillows exacerbated the awfulness of the mattress.Never have I ever looked forward to a night in our own bed. And the loungeroom settee was just as uncomfortable .It was impossible to get comfortable.And 2 of the 4 kitchen chairs were on the verge of collapsing but Ramada quickly resolved that issue. Also the lighting in the lounge/ kitchen was the dreaded white lighting which totally destroys any mood. At night we watched the t.v. in the dark as there was no lamps .
Wonderful, relaxing ambience of the bush surrounds, the diversity of wildlife, the many swimming pools, relaxation areas.
