The toilet smelt all my stay and the air conditioning sometimes.The pool was too warm it wasn’t very refreshing after a hot day. The restaurants were too hot, I only went to one and the flies were very annoying.

Room very clean, the bed comfortable, the shower had a rain shower head, it was separate to the toilet also had a basin dressing table combo which I liked. The pool very spacious but it was too warm for me.They have a large bar in the restaurant and a pizza making area. My room was in the same area I find it was very handy being so close to the main part of the Resort.

The sink taps for the two bathrooms were a bit loose and I had to hand-tighten the bolt holding them. A bit more maintenance on some things like this would be good. The showers were cool in the morning and I assume the water heater is solar- but this wasn't a big problem since it was pretty hot/humid when we were there- I actually quite liked the cool shower!

The rooms were clean and comfortable even for our large group. The location was perfect for us, and the free coffee cards were much appreciated!

Literally felt like an oasis. We stayed in the villa and the twin rooms. Both really comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool in the evening has lovely atmosphere. Very family friendly. Great location. Would recommend

The beds they really need replacing or proper toppers put in top when you have bone troubles you need a soft bed

Mattress was a bit lumpy and too springy. Mattress need upgrading to memory foam. Noise from neighbouring nightclubs.

The glass bathroom door in the room was very hard to close and screeched when you pulled it across. Hard to connect to the wifi.

Pool was fab, great location, clean rooms, lovely bar with very friendly staff!

The water and tea/coffee in the room weren't replaced each day. Our room wasn't clean although towels were dropped into the room.

The room is very comfortable and there are plenty of towels and bathroom products provided. The pool area is beautiful. The pizza is excellent in the rooftop pool also.

Only the usual things. Bathroom a bit small and there was a Lack of electrical sockets …you had to unplug either the fridge or the bedside light to free up a socket!! Our room did not get serviced on the last night of a four day stay.

Great swimming pool, bar and restaurant. We ate in the restaurant every night at it was such a lovely atmosphere. Different deals every night.

It is quite noisy at night with partying. Unfortunately there was a woman I guess intoxicated, screaming/yelling at 3.30 am for a good 15  min witch was quite disturbing.

The rooms are clean and cosy. The location is good and the bar and restaurant offer good quality. The pool is a plus.

Staff seemed a bit off to start with, must have been a hectic morning but otherwise were very friendly and helpful to fix issues with my locked door and throughout the rest of the stay, as always it is a pleasant stay here at rambutan and will always pick this as my first option.

Reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, I had emailed them with specific questions to which they answered promptly. The apartment that we were in was very good and great value of money. Plenty of room, beds were very comfortable as well. It was great to have the option of having dinner and breakfast as well.

the only thing for me a have a old injury my knee so when going out I wasn't about to use the lift when quite intoxicated as well lol all good understand your security but that was the only thing...

l was disappointed with me not having a swim next time great room and very clean....

the bathroom door got stuck multiple times, you had to get someone to let you out from the outside as it kept coming of the runner no matter how gentle you were with it. the aircon wasn’t cold enough.

This is a wonderful property. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Jo at reception was a particular stand out, nothing was too much trouble and she obviously cares about the guests having a great stay. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. The pool area is lovely with lots of seating and free cabanas, and having the bar and restaurant by the pool is really convenient. There’s delicious pizzas and cocktails at the pool side bar plus really nice coffee in the cafe/bar downstairs. The hotel is in a central and vibrant weekend nightclub/bar area but we found our room to be very quiet and soundproofed.
