The cleaner regularly forgot my room for sheet change and I was required to remind the manager.

The room and location were very comfortable for all my needs and a short walk to shops or transport. Extremely convenient!

Only one small detail, under the bed needed a ver good clean-difficult to move it in a tight situation, but it did need attention. Everything else was spotlessly clean.

It was convenient to the Prince of Wales Hospital. The room was small but “ perfectly formed “. There was plenty of storage for my gear. Both my kitchenette and the shared kitchen had everything you needed, the appliances were clean and of a good standard. The laundry was clean and the machines reasonably priced. Host was very attentive. Being able to sit outside was a real bonus. The security of the residence was excellent.

Great location, lovely host and the apartment was just what we needed. Close to Coogee Beach and Bondi Beach, just hop on the bus or take the light rail into the city. And meeting people of different nationalities was a real bonus.

The curtains are a bit deteriorated and need to be replaced.

I stayed in the standard room and the photos do not do it justice, the room is much more spacious than it looked, with a large closet to store everything, and a large deskt to work. The attention is very good, I was allowed to enter the room early, I needed a specific invoice and they provided it to me without any problem, they kept my luggage, ... they even gave me a bottle of wine! A room to make you feel at home.

I chose the cheapest option so my room was pretty small. The air conditioning didn't seem to work at all and I had some problems getting enough hot water in the showers. I'm also not sure there was really hot water in the washing machines – I chose a warm wash but my clothes didn't smell great when I took them out. The lack of flexibility in the booking was a problem for me – I had to stay longer at my previous location for medical reasons and was unable to change the booking, so I ended up paying for 12 nights when I only used four, which was very frustrating given the extremely high prices in Sydney.

This is a nice old building and quite a lot of thought has been put into equipping the rooms and common areas well so you have everything you need. It's also located in a nice area close to a tram line that runs directly into the city centre.

Lovely accommodation, couldn’t compliment it highly enough. Great location. Room & bed was incredibly comfortable and had all necessary appliances. Great kitchen space in the main house if needed. Communication was good and self checkin was very handy. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Sydney.

Of the 21 rooms 9 have ensuites otherwise there are well appointed shared bathrooms, for a longer stay I'd definitely book the ensuite room again. The rooms are only serviced once a week but more towels etc are available when needed. There nothing really not to like about this place.

This was a real find in Randwick, so close to the racecourse, a few minutes walk to either Light Rail or bus services,restaurants and Belmore street which has all the shops you need. I couldn't believe how many appliances were available in the room, everything you could ask for and more from a fully equipped kitchenette - good wardrobe and drawer space, desk, shower ensuite. It has a full laundry and kitchen as well . Beautiful old restored hotel with nice little private BBQ and outdoor eating and sitting area . The Light rail takes you all the way to Central Station and then Circular Quay. I'd highly recommend this little hotel , I'd definitely stay here again.
