There was nothing to dislike, however when the cleaners were changing bedding and moving laundry about the hallways were very difficult to traverse as laundry bags were everywhere!

It is two levels with the bathroom downstairs and very steep staircase. Also no microwave

The noise. We were warned about it -and it was Saturday night - but expected it to stop at midnight or shortly after. But the music was thumping until one minute before 1am. I couldn't sleep a wink, and that was with the earplugs. Kept looking at time. When you check in you're handed a form to sign indicating you're fine about the noise. Till midnight, ok! But not 1am! Then an hour later - after 2am - when finally asleep, the TV lit up on its own! With instructions for guests! Lighting up the whole room. Wide awake all over again. Had to get up to cross the room to find remote to turn it off. Why did this happen? Deserve partial refund. It's too much money to pay for a night of so little sleep.

The hotel was very noisy. They do warn you about this (but the upfront payment isn’t refundable). Staff were not friendly or helpful.

Stunning room - large and a great view. The bathroom was also large and it had a lovely tub. Having a drink on the terrace was fun.

Not really anything not to like… you wouldn’t stay here if you want an early night die to the live music aspect on weekends but all advertising has warnings. I used ear plugs on our last night and didn’t hear a thing .

A great stay. The room was beautiful. Fantastic location, fantastic view and really happy with the facilities. Pretty pricey for the stay, but perhaps that's just Oz?

The towels smelt damp and was only Provided 1 robe. When asked for a second robe, they didn’t bring one up.

Operating the TV was difficult as the Foxtel box kept turning off. Having a fan in the bedroom is preferable to air conditioning.

The location is amazing and the art deco styling is very appealing. Staff were very helpful and rooms were clean.

there was only 3 things : Parking a lesson learned we syayed at the Pacific car park 300 mtres away you can only book per day stay longer you get punished . Also the shower was over the Bath tub ,nothing to hold onto but we were older people the bathroom sparkled ! They do not serve breakfast on site,there are plenty of restuarants outside like a local tradition Bills about 250 mtres up te road it said on the web site no availability for 2 weeks we went the next day got in straight away
