Fantastic location and house was extremely well equipped. Rooms were all comfortable. Breakfast supplies provided sufficient food for each person and utilising the BBQ made for a great start to all 3 mornings

If I'm being picky .... the lighting in the kitchen could be better but that's all I can think of!

What a great place to catch up with old school friends. Robyn, as host, was Location was great (note - there is a bit of a hill to walk up from the shops). Bedrooms were a good size, nicely decorated, good lighting and we all had comfy beds. Five vehicles easily fit on the property and three of us were on motorcycles so we appreciated the undercover and secure off street parking. Plus, I have to mention the awesome breakfast provisions - a very generous amount and more than enough for our three night stay (see picture). I highly recommend Rawsons Retreat.

House was quite dark (big verandah/back awning) and lights necessary in some rooms during the day.

There was nothing we didn’t like but as a five bedroom accommodation a third bathroom would have been handy. We didn’t utilise the small sitting room in the middle of the house as the main lounge dining room and outdoor area was more than enough space . Half the sitting room could be converted to a bathroom if utilities accessible underneath. But other travellers might like that room for some time out from other guests.

Great location an easy walk to the city centre.The provided breakfast food catered for all our needs. We had 4 cars so to have off street parking for all our cars was great. The undercover back patio was excellent for outdoor entertainment as the weather was great when we stayed.

Spacious clean property. Old fashioned in a good way. Well equipped. A nice touch was a supply of basic staples if you wanted to cook. Great outdoor area with BBQ.

All bedroom air conditioning units didn’t seem to be as cold at 22 degrees as the main living room unit otherwise everything else was fantastic

It was very clean,spacious and comfortable and we were able to make use of the barbecue and outdoor space. The property provided all that was needed and more

Was 100 metres to be in the cdb, jokingly of course. . Was quiet despite the cbd being so close.

Loved everything. There is nothing to pick out as a fault, saving up holiday time so we can go again. When I go back to Tamworth, I will only stay here.

Nothing. My elderly parents were supposed to come with us, so it would have been useful to have an ensuite for them. If they had come, the bathroom was a bit far away from their bedroom and we would have been relegated to the shower and toilet in the laundry.

We loved everything about this property. It is clean, spacious with character. The breakfast items were very much appreciated. It is walking distance to the shops and close to a lovely park. It is worth coming to Tamworth just to stay in this beautiful house.

Very little… The remote to the A/C in the lounge room was on its way out and a bit hard to use.

The house was huge and had EVERYTHING we needed. Very clean and comfortable, with every bedroom having its own A/C. The included breakfast was beautiful and much appreciated. Great location, easy check in process, undercover parking.

The house was big enough for all 6 guests. There was ample room for all. We loved walking around the local streets and admiring the other well maintained, historic homes. It was close enough for shopping, when required, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The home was clean and well presented with beautiful towels and linen. The supplied breakfast was wonderful and it was so relaxing, eating in the outdoor area. Thank you!
