AustraliaFirstly, accommodation was booked for 3 bedrooms and "3 bathrooms" as we were 3 couples. Unfortunately, the apartment came with only 2 bathrooms, and this was disappointing as booking was paid for 3 bathrooms, which was our major criteria and requirements for booking this accommodation. Communicated to the staff but dont recollect receiving a reply. :( Secondly, - Chairs were broken, the bed was broken (was indicated in the info book provided but should have mended before letting out as it was in one of the bedroom), and another double bed made a lot of creaking sounds - Toilet seats in both bathrooms were loose and moving. All the above was mentioned to apartment staff via text and email, so the deposit was not confiscated for broken items. We were told the maintenance person would attend but was not fixed during our stay. Finally, there were lots of small cockroaches in the kitchen area, fridge, dishwasher, etc. Feedback: Need a thorough pest control and maintenance work on furniture. Overall an Average stay. Property didn't meet our expectations for the above reasons.
Regular communication. Requested for kitchen paper towel and garbage bin bags and was promptly delivered. Thank you. The apartment location was convenient. Good ceiling height. Room to move around. Good number of towels provided. Overall an Average stay. Provided feedback based on our experiences.

AustraliaThere wasn't any toilet paper in the apartment when we arrived and we arrived late. Meaning we had to scrounge for napkins and tissues until the morning. I would have thought toilet paper would have been a given. Our apartment fronted King Street. King Street is a very busy street with lots of traffic. The traffic starts early and continues until very late. Not a problem if you are used to traffic noise. Pretty hard to get a good night sleep. The apartment doesn't have air conditioning. The time we were there the temperature was in the low to mid 30's and the apartment was pretty stuffy. You couldn't open the windows at night to cool the place due the traffic noise. This made it uncomfortable. I don't think it would be very pleasant if the temperature was in the high 30's. Who builds apartments without putting air-conditioning in them. There were some maintenance issues ( 1 toilet not working properly, bedroom blinds wouldn't go up etc,) the management needs to be on top of this as it made the place seem tired.
The apartment is very well located within easy walking distance to trams. The apartments was very large with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

New ZealandIt wasnt as clean as we would have thought on arrival. Eg gum on floor and other peoples washing in dryer. Several things didnt work properly or were broken eg vent in onsuite covered in dust so not working properly towel rails broken in both bathrooms. More cooking utensils etc could have been useful. Changing the door code a day after arrival wasnt ideal.
Great location. Apartment was roomy so good for family living. Inside the apartment was quiet and temperature regulated. We were grateful that a portable cot and highchair were available for our use.

AustraliaThe cleanliness was a bit hit and miss, for example back splash in the kitchen was very greasy to touch even before we used it, behind the bedside tables was lots of dust and some of the general maintenance of the place, flush in the toilet in the laundry doesn't work properly, some cupboards don't close properly also there was only 5 dining chairs and considering 5 people were staying for 9 nights 3 toilet rolls and no spares is not enough, the customer is to supply their own they need to be informed.

Australiaoverall cleanliness was lacking not enough cutlery no curtain on the single bed nook curtains could be thicker & cleaned insufficient hot water for 9 persons that the apartment could accommodate good if staff gave clearer directions about parking in the building eg: parking entry is in the back of the building, entry via Eagle Alley off Little Lonsdale St It was not often easy to hear what staff was saying when an enquiry was made (clarity & volume). I didn't sometimes understand what they were saying - hence needed to ask a question a few times. I also thought that at times they were not understanding me. Also information given needed more detail eg: that car parking availability is only one car per apartment

AustraliaCommunication with the hosts was poor, instructions for the heating were incorrect, email instructions on how to pay the security bond were incorrect, instructions on how to collect the keys were incorrect due to the cleaners still being in the premises at check in time, there could be more glasses etc supplied, there were no bath mats supplied, no hand soap supplied in the bathrooms, just little things that ,make a big difference.
