The unit we stayed in on the 2nd floor could use some updating. The carpets are very worn, the couch pillows are worn and some of the vertical blinds are missing. Unfortunately repair work to the wall across from our front door which was quite noisy on our last morning.

Great location handy to everything. Views across to beach were OK but on the 2nd floor you mostly see the street and hear the noises from the restaurants below. We arrived late and booking in via SMS and a key left in the safe was very easy. Loved the pool and spa.

There's always room for improvement, but I was pretty happy with everything for our short stay.

The location was great because it was close to the beach, shops, cafes and clubs and everything that I needed for my stay. The beds were comfortable. The view was beautiful. The unit was clean and had everything I needed for my stay.

The bed

View and location was great. The bed was saggy really uncomfortable. Its said to see fixtures rusting. The linen lounge was covered in marks, it didn’t seem clean as my husband is immunosuppressed we live in really clean conditions. Sorry to sound like a whiner but its alot of money we have been staying at reflections for a lot of years and this apartment just needs refreshing

Unfortunately our room had some outdated and damaged furniture and the cleaning was not thorough before we arrived. We spent the first couple of hours wiping down surfaces and vacuuming.

The location is exceptional - great access to the beach and all surrounding shops, restaurants and cafes. The resort facilities were also excellent - great pool gym, sauna, etc.

Bed was like sleeping on a cardboard box. Shower in one bathroom had a horrible smell. Lots of rust on the bathroom fittings and some of the decor. Decor very dated and horrible blue colour. Floor tiles very slippery when wet

The carpet was very stained and off putting right from entry. Our TV was hacked twice with offensive music being blasted at full volume, staff didn’t know how to fix it and said it must have been someone in our room. We needed to make multiple other maintenance requests. The pool is not great, however the spa makes up for it in colder weather. The kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, fry pans, cutlery and other cooking equipment including the oven and range hood were sub standard.

Location is fantastic, and the ocean view also very good, good value for money.
