The road was a bit noisy at times during the day but was quiet at night. Afternoon sun made the living area very warm and couldn't use the balcony as there was no protection from the sun. No hot water in kitchen sink.

Some of the carpet and the lounge seemed a bit tired, but ok. Locking and unlocking the door on coming and going was a bit tricky but manageable.

Close to the beach and restaurants, was quiet. Getting access was easy. Neat, tidy and clean. It was cozy but comfortable. Addition of Foxtel was good for quiet moments. All round pleasurable experience and would happily book again. Bathroom and linen all clean and fresh.

On checking out, to exit facility through the gate the 'press here' button didn't work. Luckily my partner was parked on the street and came and opened the gate from the street side. Would have liked a box of tissues available and more coffee and sugar sachets.

One street away from beach. Lovely walk along the foreshore. Found nearby Cafe to stop for refreshments. We had ground floor unit which was wheelchair friendly. Unit was clean and smelled fresh. Comfy bed. Free WiFi and access to Foxtel was added bonus. Would definitely book again and would like to try a second floor next time.

Wheels on the beds so the beds moved a lot even when sitting on them. Fridge very awkward to use and could be easily fixed by changing the way it opens with the hinges on both fridge and freezer.

The location is awesome. So close to cafes, shops and of course the beach. Very family friendly. The communication was 10/10 and extremely accomodating which is so nice to experience. We had a great time. Being appartments they are very close but you don’t actually hear any real noise so feels like your far apart. Would recommend and definitely stay again if down that way again ☺️

However, the lights inside the complex going up to my room did not work. Although this was not the service fault a resident's dog was left to potty in the complex and did his business in front of my room for both days of my stay. It smelt bad and the service did ask the owner to clean it but she didnt do this till the next day. I would have enjoyed my stay more if this didnt happen.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable beds, well equipt, great location and friendly service. I had a big family coming and we rented 3 different apartments. Tammy was wonderful and friendly.

No to have the elevator break down 2 out of 3 days stay . Have to go in and out of stair wells between 2 properties . Painful especially hosting family and friends . 83 yr old grandparents 3 flight stairs ??

There was not enough kitchen equipment including coffee cups etc to make cooking in convenient.

As I said the gated aspect was claustrophobic. Unable to get Netflix snd only able to access three channels on TV. Unable to access wi fi and with phone assistance with staff mashed to turn off and on again giving access. Dropped out again.

Location certainly but issues with wi fi and TV. Found the gated aspect claustrophobic. However on the upside the two ladies were amazing! They are an asset to your company. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time.
