Spacious cabin, quiet location

Our cabin had items left from previous occupants under beds and behind the couch - clearly it wasn't cleaned properly. Unfortunately we had smokers in the cabin beside us, at times they chose to smoke on their balcony which made it unpleasant for us as we are non smokers.

Whilst the Holiday Park was a bit of a walk from town - it was a very pleasant location. Our cabin was well equipped. Bedrooms were a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. We cooked on the BBQ, which was very close to us and quite handy, and ate on our balcony. It was a really nice setting.

Our experience was somewhat affected by confusion over our booking. We had a confirmed booking for a Deluxe Cabin but were assigned a Standard Pet friendly cabin. The staff informed us that their system did not show this and that it was a third party issue. There was an offer to move us when a Deluxe Cabin became available but we had already unpacked and we were given a discount. A pet friendly cabin did not suit us which was mentioned in the conversation with the staff.

The location is brilliant with a wonderful beach across the road and a wide boardwalk of which we took full advantage. The park itself was well laid out and the laundry facilities were very good.

Budget cabin is a bit tired but that was my fault. Meant to book the same cabin I had last time. Still good value and comfy bed and pillows!

Reflections is in a great spot right opposite the best beach in Eden. Good value but spend a little extra for the better cabins. Great morning walk on the board walk around the lake. Lovely.

Thank you to all the staff at Reflections Holiday Parks Eden. We have had a great holiday in January 2024. There were lots of activities organised by the park : face painting for kids , movie nights under the stars for everyone, pizza night,sand castle competition on the beach which was just across the road. Lots of activities to do around Eden and places to visit. We will come back for sure . A hidden gem. Thank you.

The cabin I was staying in wasn’t the one I was told I would be staying in, and the managers said they didn’t get my two emails about having my dog with me. The cabin was outdated and didn’t have a hairdryer as listed.

The cabin was clean and comfortable with heating and cooling. It was in a quiet location with pretty much direct access to the beach. The managers send regular texts about what’s happening on a particular day and reminders about expected behaviour of park guests. Park guests were friendly. I’ll stay again.

cabin was too close to the building opposite as the VERY BRIGHT SENSOR lights were on sunset to sunrise we had to put our blanket up stop the glare coming thru the vertical blinds & the heat coming in thru the bedroom/ also main bedroom looked out at the other2 cabins/ so no privacy, blinds down the whole time we were staying at the park 7

location, location THE BEST, Beach in Eden & close to shops/cafes/ lovely couple that manage the Park. & Staff, a very clean Park & friendly locals that we met, would have loved to had 2weeks instead of 1week, we did pack a lot in that week, & our little dog loved staying at the Park & playing at the beach

Bottom step to deck needs replacing. Possibly handrail too.

This holiday park is located in a pretty spot between the lake and the beach. The beach is very clean and inviting. Depending on wind directions,sometimes there are blue bottles on beach. Staff are friendly,helpful. Bedroom a bit tight. Shower doesn’t leak water everywhere like some. Deck was a nice place to be. Seat six there . A nice place to eat some delicious local oysters ( buy them opposite wharfs) with a glass of white wine. Dog bath at amenities block was a nice touch.

It is a beautiful, very well maintained cozy unit for a couple to spend their best time. We just love the property. And loved the time that we spent there and we are definitely coming back. 💟 It is just a few minutes away from the beautiful beach that you can hear a roaring sea during your sleep which we loved. 🥰🥰🥰

The property is across the road from the beach. Within a good walking distance from shops with comfortable shoes, or a 2 minute drive. Clean cabins, friendly staff. Good play park for the kids.

The cabin we stayed in was a bit tired and could do with upgrading. Also no WIFI, which these days are a must have in a property.

The location to Eden and the beach were great. The location was lovely and quiet. The team were extremely helpful and friendly.
