You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

1. The location was great, just across the QV Museum n easy scenic walk to Cataract Gorge, and ideally within 5mins from intercity bus drop off point n also conveniently near to pick up for day trips. It is also walkable to Woolworths supermart n major shopping streets n restaurants. 2. Nice touches of snacks, cold water in fridge n microwave in common area is useful 3. Quiet place for a good sleep

AustraliaThe bedroom was disappointing. There was mismatched furniture, scuff marks on the walls and lots of dust on the skirting boards when I went to plug in my laptop. The bed linens were an interesting choice with faded black sheet and patterned duvet covers. With a lick of paint, a good dust and some crisp white sheets this room could be lovely and would match the decor in the bathroom and rest of the building
Located in a quiet street, close to the park river and places to eat. The included continental breakfast was good and set up as self service. The bathroom and communal areas were clean and nicely decorated.

AustraliaIt would have been great to have easier communication with the 'caretakers' as they did not understand the guests due to language barrier, all of the guests we met spoke English whilst we were there despite some being O/S visitors and they were frustrated at lack of understanding. I would also like to have a bed with 2 sheets and not just a doona on top. We found it either quite hot or cold despite the air conditioning and ended up removing the doona from it's cover for our second nights stay. We found just having the cover on was much more comfortable.
The breakfast was simple but sufficient although a bit more ongoing attention to the coffee pod machine and supplies throughout the breakfast time slot would have been helpful. Location of accommodation was great!
