Barbara made a mistake when asked to send in a photo of herself as she was getting in late. Then found that they wanted a photo of her licence which she was not comfortable with, and could not delete the first photo she sent to send the license photo.

I would off had breakfast if you provided more than just continental breakfast. Even eggs on toast would have been good.

plumbing in room 216 was not up to expectations. shower hot tap requires many turns to get any water at all times and difficulty attempting to control temperature using cold tap. also a new washer could be needed in cold tap of bathroom sink which was v noisy at times. rear parking a bit crowded. May improve once renovation complete.

Just maybe the steps, But they are looking to install a lift , shows they are mindful of that requirement.

severe lack of power points in the room for today's requirements. Endeavoured ti call assistance number in the hooe of getting a double adapter(s) but no answer.

Pricing but again it was a major event weekend and the location to city was excellent.

The only downside is that you're right under the flight path so between 6.30am and 11pm there are lots of flights going over so be prepared to wake up bright and early with the first flight in. If you're a heavy sleeper then you'll have no problems.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of so many great restaurants and walking distance to the city and Adelaide Oval. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel itself is older but apart from the bathroom fittings you wouldn't know. Would definitely stay here again.

It was quiet loud. Could hear everything in neighboring rooms.

Incredibly comfy bed! Great location. Easy walk in to the city and north Adelaide was a vibrant area.

We were put into a room not quite appropriate - had to step in to a spa bath for shower which was difficult. Our housekeeping was not done so we had to move (although new room was more appropriate so good outcome). Staff argued we had "do not disturb" on door which we did not - when we went out for the day the sign was turned over to "make up my room" but the housekeeper did not see it. Should have been handled better.

I love this Hotel - it's spacious, comfortable and the location is the best. Great to walk to restaurants, cinema, transport - just excellent. Pool is fab. Whole establishment is older, but quality.

It was a very basic room but all we needed. Unfortunately the window didn't open, it would have been nice to air out the room.

Location was fantastic, right on the park. We walked everywhere.

My shower was DANGEROUS. First turn on hot water, then turn on cold water. then hot water shuts off, turn up hot water, water stops, turn down cold water, water starts again... i basically had a TOO HOT shower just to shower...

i am not sure if there was breakfast, i was expecting it.... did not find a dining room

Facilities dated and in need of an update. No power points or light switches near beds. No in house restaurant or cafe/coffee shop.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location to Adelaide was excellent. Price Range was good value for money.

Minor detail - Perhaps a more accessible power point for phone charger. Advised reception of small maintenance job requd.

I asked for downstairs room & was accommodated. Room big enough; air cond. worked well; nice shower; good sized TV & room etc nice & clean.
