Great apartment. Super clean. I am a cleaner and this is the cleanest I have found any place. Lots of supplies. Cleaning cloths, laundry products. Ping was lovely. Very helpful. Freshly laundered cushions, blankets etc. No cobwebs.

The communication from ping was perfect and very understandable The apartment was cleanand comfortable Ping had thought of everything to make it just like home She even left teddyson the kids beds, robes,desserts and filled a few necessities in the fridge.

The Apartment is in excellent location, felt very secure with security and very safe underground parking. Property is bright, modern and clean. The Host has a kind heart and very caring host, done such excellent job and gone to great length to cater for everything even fill the fridge up with chocolate, lychees and different varieties of fruits for us, even breakfast cereals and rice to cook and spices ingredients provided. Almost everything is there from the bathroom to laundry to kitchen just like second home, felt right at home. I travel a lot but never a host so caring. Even before we arrived, host has been in contact to ensure in fine details for our comfortable stay.

leaving the place after my bookings end. Nothing was not excellent.

Location: near to the beach, bus and tram stations, and not far from CBD. many restaurants and amusement for kids. App: every thing was clean as new. Big TV. equibed kitchen, hot water, AC, washing machine, dryer, fredge, iron. What I like the most was the details. Ping prepaired personalised toys and dolls for kids, books, sheets' colors, tent for youngest which was magical and the lovely Lego blocks. We found alot of important things that covered all our needs during the stay from disinfectant wipes, cleaning tools, slippers, coffe machine. Thanks also for the welcoming fruits and snacks. Ping also asked frequently if she could offer any help to facilitate or to make our experience happier. The view is amazing and can see the reserve well. It is wide with table and chairs to enjoy meals or coffee. It really exceeded our expectations.😍😍

Very comfortable apartment, the owner went above and beyond to ensure the family had everything we required to make it a home away from home, including a teepee tent for my girls to play in. The location is a 5 min walk from the beach, The beach house play centre and several restaurants with multiple cuisine choices. The building itself has a pool which is great for an end of day swim. The host was in touch from the minute we booked the place to when we left to ensure we had everything we needed. Will definitely book again.

Nothing to dislike

It was central to everything. Our host did everything to make our stay special with welcome wine, fruit and chocolate biscuits. Little touches in the bathroom with candles etc. lt was really fantastic having the opportunity to do our laundry with the washing powders supplied. But the best was such a comfortable bed. Thank you and would highly recommend staying here.

Mmmm it was perfect?

It was stunning and clean. Well-resourced for a family of 5. I enjoyed not having to go and buy the little things. Very convenient. Easy to find. Loved the ability to rid of our rubbish anytime. The owner went out of her way to provide us with a stroller, a port-a-cot, and a chair attached to the table. We couldn't ask for better services. 5 stars.

Well one small thing would be no tv in the main bedroom , when you got a family with kids they take over the TV in the lounge room, Having said that it does not take away how wonderful time we had and host was extremely helpful. P.S maybe TV in main bedroom. K.G

We didn’t arrange to stay longer!

The host made every effort to accomodate my family. There were so many additional things to make it exceed our expectations. From the fresh fruit and wine on arrival to everything clearly and neatly labelled and all the amenities you could possibly ask for in a self contained apartment, like salt and pepper and cooking oil. The entire apartment was clean and well looked after. Lots of little detailed surprises like bed slippers!
