An office table and seats in the balcony would be handy. Also hotel slippers and robe would have been great to have.

Smell of sewage when you entered into reception but luckily not in rooms. No bathrobes in rooms.

The whole place in general. The staff were so welcoming, the hotel was amazing, the room was absolutely beautiful, the amenities were amazing and it was all walking distance from everything.

Room was lovely - Deluxe sweet, spacious and relaxing. Location was great, close to everything but just far enough from the noise of nightlife close by. Breakfast was quite good - buffet style with powder eggs always a little average but great selection of options.

Beautiful and clean room. Comfortable bed. Our flight was cancelled and the gentleman that was on was fabulous to deal with arranging a room again for us. I could not faulty my stay here and will be back next time we are in SA

I loved how clean and comfortable our room was. The staffs effort to upgrade our room and the gesture of champagne and a card was beautiful. My partner and I had the best stay!

Wasn’t happy with the overall clean and had to make a few phone calls to reception regarding things that were missed.

The location was great with cafes and restaurants close by. Also good for public transport. Room service and sitting in the restaurant, both experiences were very good and we rated the food very highly in comparison to other places we visited.

More of a varied dinner menu. More options for breakfast. Cable should be added to the TV.

I initially stayed in a king room for a 5 day stay. The room was excellent with all amenities I would expect in a 5 star hotel. It was convenient to stores, the Central Market, China town, Botanic Gardens, etc. I traveled by cab. I ate breakfast at the hotel almost every morning. The food was very good but I think it needs an upgrade offering more dishes and choices. It is too "standard" in my estimation. More bakery goods should be on order and other hot foods for breakfast. I had dinner two nights at the Italian restaurant on site. I enjoyed the meals which were well prepared. Again, there could be more varied choices in the menu. However, the meals I had were quite good. The staff, whether in the restaurant, at the front desk, or the cleaning staff, were very professional and friendly. A really great crew! I would make a change to the TV viewing as I would have preferred more cable channels. I didn't see any and it wasn't easy changing channels. My flight was cancelled at the last minute so I had to re-book at the last minute for one more night. There were no issues and the staff were very helpful even though it was a Saturday booking. Other than that, I had a lovely stay at the hotel and highly recommend it.
