The pillows were not comfortable at all and it would have been better if the pillows were better quality.

Location was excellent - with parking easily available in the Wilson parking station below the hotel. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Bed was super comfortable and the shower pressure was great! The view from our balcony was lovely too...

Showing it's age

Great location, spotlessly clean. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had cooking facilities if required. Close to Overseas Passenger Terminal and other transport at Circular Quay. Lots of restaurants and pubs close by for meals. Some things showing the age of the building but willing to overlook this as the great points by far outweigh the bad. It will be our go to for future Sydney stays.

With no food available on premise and us checking in at 1am it was up to UberEats to get some food

We were in a room with a massive balcony that we could see the Harbour Bridge, and then our cruise ship when it docked. The was a great size, with a full kitchen. The bathroom was standard but clean. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the main shopping mall was only a short stroll.

Bath enamel chipped. Curtain off its hooks. Carpet very tired, with wear and tear very visible.

The room was a dated and looked like it needed some updating especially with the carpet.

Very close to the venue we were attending and very comfortable beds. Facilities were very good and breakfast down the road was excellent.

Fantastic location, wonderful friendly staff. Property is dated and could use some love, but the price reflects that. Stayed for one night prior to our cruise. Quick 5 minute walk to terminal.

None. However, Hotel rooms have shower over bathtub, so not suitable for the elderly.

Location was excellent for our purposes. Close to shops, tourist attractions and dining facilities. Close to cruise terminal located a short walk downhill from hotel. Lift service provided. Our room was facing a back road and no noise was noticeable.

The Decore & fit out of the rooms are very dated & tired looking! The signage at the front of the building was very hard to see when your driving in a built-up area! We ended up getting out of the car to find it & then dropped our luggage off.

The location was amazing, we arrived a little early & our rooms were ready to use earlier than expected. Pillows were great. We were leaving on a cruise the next day and just walked down the road to the OPT very easy.

Location for cruise ships is excellent. Front desk team was friendly. Rooms need an upgrade as they are tired. You need a ramp from the street to entrance, its hard with heavy luggage.

The location of the hotel was quiet yet centrally located in the Rocks with views to the harbour. We were in a studio room with harbour views on the 5th floor. The room was spacious and had everything we could need. It was great value for money and perfect for a couple. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
