Nothing really. The view from the small balcony wasn’t the best in the world but the owner has made it more private with a screen. Perfectly nice to sit and have a drink or eat breakfast out there.

Beautiful well equipped apartment in great location. Fabulously comfortable super king size bed. Nice sized pool for the complex and small gym. Owner was a delight. She gave us loads of information and was very prompt with her responses to questions.

Parking remote wasn’t available when needed to park car for night so had to ring host who immediately came around with the spare. In morning when trying to use cooktop there were no instructions or brand identification on cooler so had to ring host again. She again responded promptly but meanwhile l’d googled and got it going. An information folder may be useful .

The apartment is part of a house in its own right. There is another apartment above and another below so there is some noise from close by. This particular house also backs onto the main street [Double Island St] meaning there is a bit of street noise. The apartment does have a balcony but as it looks over the carpark we did not spend much time there.

Very modern 1-bedroom apartment. Clearly has been recently refurbished and is very well presented. Everything was fairly new and it was reasonably priced. Good location next to Sports Club and IGA. The on-site gym and pool looked new. There is a public pool over the road for lap swimming. The host runs it remotely but quickly responded when we asked for anything.

Everything was great even though everyone was in close proximity. Other residents and renters were mindful of those around them and noise levels were not an issue.

This little gem of an apartment has been so tastefully renovated and was one of the cleanest apartments we have stayed in. Full credit to the owners who have gone above and beyond to ensure maximum comfort for their guests. The location was wonderful and within walking distance to the very friendly Bowling Club, IGA and the terrific little pizza shop. Locals very friendly and welcoming. We would most definitely book this apartment again when visiting Rainbow Beach.

this property has been beautifully renovated. The layout is practicable and functional. The kitchen has most requirements which allowed us to eat in for many of our meals. The estate it is park of it quiet and clean and has a functional pool and well equiped gym. the property in one block from the water front shops and eateries and two blocks from the beach. I could easily stay at this place again

Perfectly clean and comfortable. Heated pool! Loads of convenient to make for a comfortable stay. Lockup car garage. Cute outdoor balcony alfresco. Walking distance to Rainbow Beach, cafe’s, bars, local pub.
