Loud music playing at night, not enough coffee or sugar, no milk, not enough toiletries and the shower flooded the bathroom floor.

The bed was probably the only half decent thing.

power cords in appropriate places. Cheaper price due to very small space. Put fridge and microwave where other items are would make it easier to move around room and power supply near both beds and accessable to items need to plug in.

very cramped. Window did not open properly in bathroom with no screen and no other ventilation. Vanity outside of bathroom. Cramped bathroom and bedroom. Poor layout of fridge across room from bench for kettle/toaster and no plug for this items except for power board we had to move to enable use of these items. When we arrived we had to phone owners as told room not cleaned yet. Very average stay. Very thin blanket on bed.

roof leaking water right at the entry door way, immediate wet soaks on entry. room smelt like cigarette smoke. shower head was partially broken. Drain for shower didn’t remove water quickly enough so it partially flooded the floor. access between rooms not secure enough. rowdy internationals made stay very unnerving for young teen daughter.

it was untidy. bed was made. but cups were dirty and floor looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a while. lots of soap scum in shower

very noisy people arriving late and screaming yelling talking kids and adults until 12.40pm but not the property owners fault

people next door very loud, eating and drinking in front of the room until 11 pm or longer and we got kids that been really tried wanted to sleep!! no staffs to look after!!! the room wasn’t that clean.The bed sheets in the bunk bed looked messy seem like no one change it.

Double booked me on two consecutive nights. The first night they relocated me to a more expensive accommodation in another part of town. 2nd night told me they were expecting my call but couldn't help me.. then wouldn't take my calls. Was really disappointed.

Room was dated and could have done with a lick of paint, Wife did not like the lack of an attendant and we felt we re the only ones there!

Remarkably quiet given it is on a highway, comfortable bed. We had stayed the week before on the way to Adelaide, were charged extra for the body being there but no extra facility was provided for that body.

I stay at a lot of country Motels, This was equal or winner of the contes for the worst!! On check in it did not recognise my booking, after a phone call I was in to a room which had a musty smell and very poor facilities, 3 Metal chairs, no comfortable chair. Wi Fi code not evident, so a phone call "it's on the back of the door" says a surly voice. No it is not says I, "Look on the back of the door" again, 'Iam looking at the door, no code" reluctantly verbally given. In the same call I advised that I would be attending the Dining Room (in the motel next door) for dinner. When I arrived I was asked did I make a booking - well I did mention it - reluctantly and quite rudely I was given a table in the corner of the bar - the waited an hour and a quarter for a Beef & Guinnes Pie - having been told by an older lady they were busy because they were 'Good Operators' hehe. Back to the room and the door would not open with the code, another phone call and the girl said 'Oh yes the door sticks, pull it towards you when yo enter the code and it opens OK' Next morning, kettle did not work! toaster did - that evening toaster blew the power to the motel - rather than go throught the surly rigmarole of a phone call etc., I found the switchboard and reset it, another guest told me this had happened to him nad he was not happy with the state of the motel either. On checking my room it was evicdent that the bed had been pulled up, the towels were not changesd and a plate, knife and cup I had washed and left in the basin were still there, obviously no proper room service. I determined that I must check out early, so I packed and called the office (in the next door motel) before 9.30 to advise that I could not stay and requested a refund - WHICH WAS REFUSED as I had booked throught Booking.com.

Only bonus was they had parking to suit my truck outside
