Some parts of the units and facilities could be cleaner. That excludes the gym and the building windows!

Great location. I really appreciated the extra effort on a Sunday to help me with my questions. The gym is properly maintained — with an added bonus: the 360 degree views from the 26th floor. The cafe downstairs has a great vibe and a tasty menu.

The location was absolutely amazing with stunning views! Right by a light rail stop, easy to explore the surrounding areas. The rooftop terrace was great.

There is nothing that I didn't like

Location was amazing - view was amazing, room was magnificent. Thank you for the free upgrade to the 1 bedroom room. The Garden Deck was spectacular, there was plenty of setting from group gathers, chill areas to watch the sunset and sunrise of 360 degree views. The pool area was exceptional, again plenty of seating. Receptionist on duty very attentive and provided exceptional service when I needed help.

-/+ Ongoing construction work close to the hotel, which can be noisy occasionally. However, the hotel transparently communicates it in advance and balcony doors are sufficiently soundproof. It did not cause us any significant discomfort. - Almost 3 weeks after check-out I still have not received back (resp. have not got unblocked) 100 AUD room deposit, despite official hotel policy posted here in Booking.com "reimbursed within 7 days of check-out". I contacted the hotel and got only universal templated answer, similar to the one written here in reviews of other travellers complaining about the same. I was advised to claim the unblock from a bank. Since I did not have any issue with unblocking deposits from other hotels during my stay in Australia and I am not the only one based on reviews here, I am assuming it is the Rhapsody Resort's issue. Be it directly issue of Rhapsody or wrongly set channels between Rhapsody and banks, I definitely should not be the one who is chasing the bank or hotel for getting my deposit back. As it is recurrent issue based on reviews of some other guests, I see the hotel makes minimum effort to solve it.

There wasnt anything we didnt like except it is really difficult to fit into the car parking spaces and be able to get out of the car. They are really small parking spaces if you have a larger vehicle.

The facilities and location were excellent. So much to do close by. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The service was not up to the mark, as cleaners did not even vacuumm the room unless it was requested, did not keep the milk bottle or extra soaps unless requested. On the last day we were out for breakfast and called the staff to let them know that we will check out at 10:30am, the lady on the phone was quite rude and unprofessional. She could have just told us politely that the checkout needs to be done at 10am only but she was instead very rude & nasty on the phone.

The construction it wasn’t like horrible but it did get loud, not Rhaposy’s fault though

It was extremely spacious, the facilities were always at a good standard and extremely valuable for money. Close to trapper into Cavill ( Surfer’s paradise) main strip of literally everything ahhaha. Staff were accomodating and the rooms view was amazing
