We didnt expect a breakfast to be included; And what an assortment to choose from. Kate and Rick were absolutely amazing people, very welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend this as a getaway. We certainly will be going back again.

Pretty hard to improve on perfection. Just loved it!

Kate and Rick are delightful! Wonderful hosts! The cooked breakfast was exceptional and a real bonus as it is included in the cost of the room. Being surrounded by meticulously maintained gardens with a short stroll to the Blackwood River made for a magical stay. Thank you so much Kate and Rick.

Was warmly welcomed by the host. Lovely, comfortable bed, large room, good facilities. Gardens were nicely kept n room had a view of gardens n river. Close to town. Exceptional hosts n breakfast was great. Will definitely stay there again when down that way.

A clean, quiet, comfortable, attractive place to stay and run by delightful friendly people. The house is set in a beautiful rural setting with views overlooking a lovely garden.

Location was beautifully presented and maintained, with views of the river and manicured gardens can highly recommend. A full cooked breakfast or continental was offered which was included in the accommodation price which presented super value, we chose a cooked breakfast which the hosts cooked for us along with some great conversation. Will definitely stay again when next in Bridgetown.

Nothing really....bed was queen as we expected, however when you're used to a king it seemed squashy which was no reflection on property.

There is nothing that we were unhappy with.... just wish we could stay longer!

Everything! Katy and Rick were lovely and assisted with any requests we had. The setting is beautiful, with views of the river and fabulously manicured gardens. We enjoyed a lovely walk around the property, including bird/nature spotting, after we arrived. All the facilities were clean and well maintained, we especially appreciated the heater and electric blanket as it was a cold night! Rick and Katy helped us start our day with a delicious homecooked breakfast including orange juice, tea and coffee. Provided at a time we requested and as ordered 😀
