Not being able to use the pool, spa andor gym was poor form. At no time did I see any actual construction work being carried out but we still couldn't go in the pool area.. Made absolutely no sense at all.

We were unable to use the pool, spa or gym as they had construction work going on just outside. Actually no work, but a small fenced off area meant no pool or spa. I would have used these facilities daily as the resort sent me numerous emails explaining they had a heated pool. It was pretty ordinary not being able to use it at all during my stay. I should have been offered some money back as a result. I also paid for 3 people and only 2 of us were there. I would like to book for Blues on Broadbeach 2025, but will need a cheaper option, or at least, an actual high rise overlooking the beach, with facilities I can actually use.

The title says 'heated pool' which is a lie. We spent so long trying to find the perfect place with a pool and that was a major decisive point, only to arrive at a disappointing cold pool which we couldn't use. The apartment was clean overall, although some out of the way surfaces hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Great location. Very big apartment which made it very comfortable. Loved all that was included - everything ready for you to cook, washing machine and dryer were great. Having a gym was also great.

There was no beach view from the ground floor balcony but that didn’t bother us as it was only a very short walk to the beach.

The one bedroom apartment was very clean and tastefully presented. Kitchen and laundry appliances were in good condition and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. It was great to be able to log in to our Stan, Netflix and Foxtel accounts on the TV. Convenient location for shopping and dining.

Room was a little small. Could sleep 4 people but if you had 4 it would be crowded. There were two of us which was okay. For the price you can pay to get something that is more updated. Probably due for a makeover. Wouldn’t like to be there when really hot with no air conditioning in bedrooms.

Loved the location and it was still quiet, had everything we needed for a three night stay.

Slippery front steps caused my partner to have a fall (only minor injuries, thankfully). Please consider applying anti slip stair tread to these steps instead of just a “wet floor” sign when it is rainy.

This is in a great position. Easy access to beach, casino and two shopping centers. Kitchen in my unit was well supplied. Pool, sauna and small gym on site.

Comfortable, felt like home, walking distance to beach, shops, cafes, parks, Convention Centre. Unit very well equipped. Leaking toilet was promptly fixed by a plumber.

Great place. Only thing had issue with was the spa in the pool as stepped in big drop to surface and the hard plastic on the bottom as step down hurt my foot. Recommend the stair to the roof top be reconfigured when tryouts open the door to the roof you could easily loose balance at top of the stair. Signs to say mind your step. And highlight stops here. The roof spa needs a support bar in out.
