I love everything about this chalet! except the water heater is not really functioning well.. need to take some times to adjust to desire temperature, very unfortunate when its winter.

I love everything about this chalet, everything is superb especially the view and location! love it! its the best place to heal when you want to be away from crowded city! and the town just nearby!

I have stayed twice and prefer the layout of the 2 bedroom chalets so the fires is in the living room.

The location is just perfect - you feel like you are remote in the middle of a forest and yet it’s a short walk in to Margaret River.

- The wood for the log burner was very wet and we were unable to light it easily - maybe it should be stored in a drier place? - There were no coat hooks - a hook in the laundry area on the way in would have been useful to dry our jackets, especially as it was winter and very wet - No scissors in the kitchen (although I did bring my own as I have stayed in many guesthouses that never seem to have a pair of scissors - not sure why??) - The games room was not in use when we were there. We travelled with two 14-year-old boys so it was a shame we were not informed of this before we arrived :(

The location was fantastic, a quick walk into town although it was a little dark heading back in the evening. The main road into town wasn't too far away and was barely noticeable. The chalets were fairly well equipped.

For now, I am satisfied with everything.

You can easily fall in love with the place. Appreciate the serenity of the place considering it is just few minutes away from the main road. It is good to see also that the facility had provided a lot of kitchen wares we can use during our stay. If I would have the chance I will stay again at Riverglen.

The external entry light was not working, there was no shelter over the door, and the door lock was difficult to use - all of which made life difficult when it was raining. The lack of wifi was disappointing. A breadknife would be helpful.

Although ageing, the chalet was quiet, spacious, private, comfortable and clean, and a 10 minute walk from the Margaret River shops. When the air conditioner malfunctioned we much appreciated the provision of firewood and the wood stove made the chalet very cosy.

Location was ideal. Far enough out of Margaret River to be quiet and close enough to stroll in, surrounded by trees. Well equipped Chalet, clean and bed was very comfortable.

It's a perfect winter getaway location. The location is great, so close to the town and the fantastic wineries. Best of all is settling in with the wood fire and a glass of red wine.

The tap for the vanity basin was very stiff and noisy when opening and closing. Whole tap moved when using it. Needs to be replaced. Room heating was ok but took a while for the wall unit to warm up the whole living area.

We liked the chalet and the natural setting. Located within easy walking distance of the town via nature trails. Chalet was clean and comfortable with most facilities in very good condition. Lots of parking space.
