The only thing I noticed that could be improved is that the blinds in the unit were dirty and damaged. The fridge was also noisy. And the room smelled a little but it was probably a food/cooking smell from previous guest so not sure what can be done about that. Still clean and comfy and I'd stay again.

There was no kettle or toaster. There were only 3 knives and forks for a 4 people apartment. The floor was dirty as our feet and socks were filthy after walking around.

It was a very smooth check in for after hours and it was in a good location

I haven't experienced good communication with this property. I didn't feel comfortable giving photographic evidence of my credit cards with 100 points of ID, I offered to pay the bond over the phone instead and they refused. I have been asking for weeks about the return of the $200 bond and they've avoided giving me the details of my refund which I still haven't received. It's been close to a month since we stayed there now. The apartment wasn't cleaned well enough for what it costs, and things weren't organised in the cupboards. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. The outside seating area was filthy and I had to clean it myself to sit out there.

The lady at the front desk was really nice when we arrived. The man at the desk when we checked out was unhelpful and disinterested. It's a good location and we were grateful for the parking space.

I very much liked the friendliness of staff at check-in. The room was as advertised. Comfortable bed. I could imagine the place to be a bit more clean, but nothing that worried me.

Blankets were low quality and wrong size. Please use proper duvets. Why is the gorgeous view blocked off by a massive glass barrier? Very disappointing. Overpriced.

The lounge’s couch and chair were worn and need replacing; not enough soap or shampoo and conditioners, towels, or tea bags.

Room wasn’t very clean. Listed as serviced apartments but they only clean your room after a minimum 14 night stay. The floors were sticky and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The couch was stained, as were some of the towels provided. There was also mould along the bottom of the shower glass door. Wouldn’t stay here again

It was not clean, there were crumbs on the table and the kitchen was dirty. The bathroom was not very clean either. The pillows were horrible. The worst car park I have ever experienced. The staff were blase about everything. I would not stay here again.

The bedrooms were a decent size. The location was great. The price was good.

Room looked clean however the cleaning could be more thorough as the was as thick layer of dust on the bin cover in the bathroom. The hallway carpet was also littered.
