the isolation and location. it was super quiet and peaceful. amazing relaxation. I adore the country style aesthetic. we were upgraded for free which was super lovely. perfect for us (mum and adult daughter)

I can't think of anything I didn't like about Robyn's Nest.

Breakfast was AMAZING, we opted for the selection of cooked breakfast as well as continental, the home made berry and yogurt were delicious, and the mushrooms were superb! Thanks Greg!! The pool was huge, and was sufficient for a few families to use at their leisure, without being crowded. We had a few hits of tennis, and also loved the balconies and bbq on the cottages. They were a really good size. Robyns Nest overlooks the inlet and is such a lovely location to spend a few days, (or weeks if you can!!). So close to Merimbula (about 4 kms walk along the board walk). We loved our stay.

The hotel feels pretty remote but thanks to the new road which isnt yet on google, its only a shortwalk to join the Merimbula boardwalk to get into Merimbula. The room was large and clean. There were plates and cutlery so we could have a simple dinner on our balcony. There is even a little kitchenette available if you need to grab anything extra.

Room 2 The HWS pressure is poor and temperature is poor Just got a shower using nil cold water. If I used cold water shower went cold!! Manager notified when I left. Cheers, Les

There wasn't much we didn't like. The water pressure in the shower could have been better and it would have been nice to have a pair of scissors in the kitchen drawer ( I find a lot of places often forget this item) but the biggest thing we didn't like was leaving!!

Such a beautiful location! We stayed in one of the cottages overlooking the lake and getting up each morning and seeing the lake and walking down to it, made us feel very relaxed and happy to start our day this way. The grounds are very well kept and it was lovely to see the resident kangaroos at times. It was very peaceful at the time of our stay and the location of the resort is just a couple of kilometres outside of Merimbula. Would stay here again for sure.

1 Bed room Cottage that I stayed was super comfortable with all the necessities including a good kitchen , a large clean bath room and a bed room with a very comfortable bed . Cottage had a beautiful lake view . I was on a 10 day holiday along the coastal route from Melbourne to Sydney and had booked multiple stays . By mistake I found myself in the wrong accommodation in Robyn's Nest . The Manager / host Gregg was quite nice about it and gave us an upgrade with a little extra fee . Grateful for this as we were tired after our long travel and late arrival .
