Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Hotel in great location close to public transport, Rundle Mall and Adelaide Oval. Despite being near busy nightlife area was still quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable and room did feel quiet spacious.

Room was well located on the 2nd floor, good water pressure in the shower, comfortable beds, close to the all the events and restaurants I wanted to try out. Car parking available underneath the hotel.

The location is perfect for the Gather Round. Close to restaurants, trams, the Oval, the Torrens, walking distance to everything we wanted to do in town. Great water pressure in the shower, thick towels, tea and coffee for those late night pre bed drinks.
