We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceAfter the check out, you are not allowed to hang around the premises after 6pm (or 7pm), it is a bummer if you have to catch an evening/night bus.
I booked a bed in a 6-bed dormitory, with fan. The dormitory is large enough, so you do not feel packed at all. The bed is a bunk bed, large enough, with a fair enough good mattress. For this dorm (and the entire hostel), as a male, you have access to 3 showers, 3 toilets, 4 sinks. All were clean. You also have access to a fully equipped kitchen. The common space is nice. The WiFi is good. 1.8km away from Coles supermarket. 2.4km away from Greyhound / Premier Motor Service bus stop. I would definitely recommend this place for a short or a long stay.
