The city views from this apartment are amazing. We couldn't stop taking photos. It is conveniently located right near the river, and across the road from the Casino. The check in process was personal, easy, and informative.

We loved our staycation at the jade apartments. The view, of the soutbank yarra river, is easily one of the best if not the best view in the city. Was better than our expectations and walking distance to everything we could need. Special shout out to Michael who was friendly, super helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely come back here.

The communication about check in and payment were a bit unconventional - our host asked that we get there before the advertised check in time so he could meet us. He also asked for cash payment for the room charge and bond on arrival (by direct deposit), which we were reluctant to do. When we got there the EFTPOS machine was not working so had to go that way anyway. We had a nervous 24 hours until our bond was refunded.

Location close to Exhibition Centre and South Wharf - perfect for our needs. Views were amazing. We got an upgrade (although nearly everyone who has stayed here said that, so maybe we were not that special). The room fee was very good value for the size of apartment and view - maybe to encourage return visits.

I had the distinct and absolute pleasure of dealing with Michael who is the host for these apartments. Michael could not be any more helpful if he tried. Communication was simple, instructions were clear and precise and included photos to ensure that the information being provided was accurate. Not only did Michael guide me all the way until I was in the apartment, I was also lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a subpenthouse for my stay. The facilities and amenities are exceptional but the view is breathtakingly spectacular. The rooms are clean and all the trimmings of home are catered for. The apartment and whole experience is truly immaculate. I cannot speak highly enough about Michael and strongly recommend and encourage everyone to book a stay at these apartments. You simply must experience for yourselves what “good old fashioned customer service” really is and how it makes such a huge positive difference to you while you’re away from home. Not that it bothered me but ideally it would be great to have two matching bed lights instead of two different ones.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael. I had two request for my booking as this was for a special occasion. Michael met both request. I was upgraded and given a late check out as a bonus. The view was amazing. The location is convenient and I had no issues at all.

The location was amazing! Easy to get to city with the tram stop across the road. The view was incredible, especially at night time. Beds were comfortable including the fold out which had a proper mattress. Will definitely stay there again. Michael was lovely to deal with.

Can’t really say there was anything not to like. Water pressure could be a little better in the ensuite and maybe a few extra towels to use for the pool and face wash towels. Other then that all was as it was in the pictures.

Great location in South Bank close to transport,parks, IGA and casino. The views are spectacular on the 31st floor. The apartment is very spacious with open plan living. Pool area was enjoyable and easy to get to. Management was very helpful and when your of their way to make our stay extra special.
