The living/lounge was always dark due to my inability to open the exterior louvres. The carpet needs replacing if it is to continue as a rental though it was clean.

The upstairs unit we had was bathed in sunlight in the morning on the eastern side. There was ample room. The beds and rooms were comfy. The location for us, was excellent. We are sad that the unit will no longer be available due to a sale of the property. We would definitely stay again

We arrived on a dark,rainy night having never been here before and thought it could have been better lit from the street for visibility. We didn't like the stair access to the accommodation, especially after having had rain. The toaster in the kitchen was dirty. The light bulb in the second bedroom needed replacing - I had to use the bedside lamp. The bed in the second bedroom was not as supportive as it could have been. Even though we kept showering times to a minimum,the second person using the shower ran out of hot water on both days we stayed.

We liked the communication with the hosts,carport,kitchen facilities,large screen TV,Airconditioning in lounge room,separate bedrooms,close proximity to local facilities and the spaciousness and overall quietness at night of the accommodation.

Mozzie screens on windows would be good to enable more fresh air and less reliance on aircon.

Needs double glazing as the traffic noise was a concern early as it appears to be a busy street. Also it needed airing before guests arrive as it took a fair while for the A/Con to cool things down.

It was everything you needed, clean & tidy with friendly host. Comfortable and big with on site parking & close to M1 for access to the coast & hinterland. Close to the rail station as well to get into Brisbane City.

Perfect location for us as we had a Birthday at the Kallangur bowls club. Accommodation was clean and Rose was lovely to deal with.

TV could be bigger as the lounge room is quite large. But this is being picky, everything was very comfortable.

Location was near public transport and highways. However if you need to travel towards the city each day, Brisbane's tolls do add up.

We couldn't find a tea towel.

A large upstairs area including a lounge room with two sofas, kitchen dining area with tea and coffee plates pans and utensils, bathroom, toilet and bedroom. The building is showing its age but everything works, incuding the three window mounted aircon units. Plenty of hot water. Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. One undercover parking spot is available. Rose met us at the gate with the key. She was friendly and contactable if needed. Interior decoration provided some light entertainment before we turned on the TV. The bed was quite comfortable. Very reasonable price. We enjoyed our two night stay and would book again.

Carpets were old, unclean and smelly The floor was uneven and get hurt with bumps between the rooms. One towel and no hand towels No clear instruction on WiFi Don’t pick up the phone when arrived.
