Glenn and Kerry’s place has an old charm vibe and is Cozy, clean and easy walking distance to excellent cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended!

I can honestly not think of much that could be improved. Maybe one or two spare sets of towels in the cupboard? Apart from that the room had everything you'd need and more!

The beautiful gardens around the place are a real bonus! Sitting behind the bay window in our room with my morning coffee, watching the birds having a bath was a perfect start to the day! And little details like fresh flowers on the table were wonderful. Communication with Glenn was fantastic too - ensuring a perfect stay.

Our Georgette room had a gorgeous Hamptons feel, comfy bed with quality bedlinen, clean, peaceful and the location was ideal. The surrounding garden was meticulously cared for with a country cottage feel.

There was upstairs some stepping noise from dogs or people. The checking in would be nice to be earlier like in hotels (eg.2pm).

The table in our room was too big. It restricted positioning of chairs. One a bit smaller would be ideal. Pillows too hard. maybe have a choice of soft and hard.

No breakfast available which is a shame. Our room overlooked the garden with bird bath which was frequented with a variety of birds. Wonderful.

Location was spot on! And the rooms were super cosy. Real old world cosy! Lovely big comfy bed and pillows. Very lush and homey!

We loved our stay in Margaret River at Rosewood. We were about 2 weeks too early for the roses which were covered in buds and would have been spectacular. The room cleverly covered everything that we needed. What I hadn't appreciated from the advertising was that breakfast wasn't provided. However plates were supplied and citrus from the garden complemented our cereal.

Minor concern re cracking fridge which occasionally made a noise during the night.

Beautifully decorated with lots of little touches to make an enchanting atmosphere: cut flowers, chocolates, toiletries, coffee making station etc. Music playing quietly in the room when we arrived to put us at ease!

The room was very clean and tidy with everything one could want, but the condition of the furnishings and fixtures are looking a little tired. This did not detract from us enjoying our time.

Our hosts were wonderful. So kind and helpful. Gardens were lovely and the accommodation is warm and welcoming. Glenn prepared a nice list of wineries to visit for us.

We loved everything.

The Rosewood Guesthouse is really beautiful. Its spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. The owners are lovely friendly people. The breakfast was beautiful, with everything you could want included. Very generous portions, freshly prepared. My husband had the cooked breakfast each day, which was delicious. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. It's quite close to the town centre, and we took a walk into town a couple of times, which took around 20 minutes. It's a very convenient location. We loved our stay and would highly recommend The Rosewood Guesthouse to anyone. AAA+

The location is excellent! A reasonably short walk from the cottage to the main Street of Margaret River with many restaurants and shops, though we still used our car because that was the most convenient way of travel for us. The hosts, Kerry and Glenn, were so gracious and welcoming that we felt very at home at Rosewood Cottage. Sitting out on the verandah in the evening with candles burning, flower baskets around us and the gentle sound of the fountain in the garden, was a lovely experience, especially with a glass of wine. We could also preorder a cheese platter. The breakfasts, though, were the icing on the cake!! A buffet continental breakfast followed by a hot breakfast menu that changed daily were really excellent. We did not want to leave and will definitely return in the future. A truly special stay!
