What a delight! large comfy room with gorgeous outlook and parking right out the front. There was complimentary Peterson wine, cheese crackers and fruit in the fridge and a comfortable bed.

It was all lovely.

Breakfast was banana bread, butter, orange juice, milk, cereal, yoghurt, tea, coffee, cheese, crackers and biscuits. It was ideal. A toaster was provided. I especially liked drinking my tea out on the little patio being very close to kangaroos.

Let's start by saying the view from the bedroom floor to ceiling window was beautiful. However, the view INTO the bedroom by everyone walking by was not amusing. There are no net curtains, so you have to pull the drapes closed to get any privacy - which defeats the purpose of letting in light, let alone seeing a view! The room was right next to some kitchen /lounge / bar-b-que area. We had the lights from the bar-b-q shining into our room all night, so again, curtains closed so we couldn't see the stars at night nor the gentle sunrise; some other guests decided to spend the evening in the lounge watching the large TV there - again keeping us up with lights and noise. The outside light shines into our room because you can't block off the light coming through the thin shade on the door side. We were in the room designed for mobility challenged users. It meant no glassed off shower stall in the bathroom, so trying to keep any clothes dry whilst having a shower was impossible. No hooks for the clothes and towels other than behind the door that gets wet; nowhere to put shampoo or soap whilst showering, and of course, no dry area to towel off. So, go out into the bedroom and... hey, you are on view to all and sundry walking by. The rooms are non-smoking - didn't stop the neighbours from sitting outside and smoking and the air just blows it into every other room that has patio doors open. Not the owner's fault - but maybe make the whole property non-smoking. No kitchenette - just a flat area with a cupboard beneath. Not too much of a problem, as long as you don't want to fill the kettle in the bathroom, where the jug won't fit under the spigot. But hey, gradually fill the kettle with mugs of water does work. Essentially, the room was a stitch-up job to pass some regulations, but the owners/managers have never actually slept in the room to see any problems for themselves. How do I know? I asked them and told them all the above

Lovely peaceful view from room. very clean and comfortable. The common room exceeded my expectation, well equipped with all cooking appliances, barbecue and fireplace, nicely furnished with added touches. Definitely will recommend the place to family and friends
