Very limited parking - we did park at the train station (a very short walk) instead which technically you arent supposed to do, but being a Sunday night & that we were leaving before 5am the Monday morning, it didnt pose an issue.

I wouldn't call this a holiday destination hotel or anything like that, but for a clean, comfortable stay a short distance from Melbourne airport, well serviced by public transport, and reasonably close to the CBD it is perfect. Anywhere else I would have said it was expensive for what it was, but given the prices of other hotels the same distance or closer to the airport, it was reasonable as these are very expensive in Melbourne.

Location was great to the airport, across the road from the tram stop so that was perfect. Staff were great, very helpful & welcoming!

As I stayed at this place during heat time AC was very important. Only they have ACs with water pumps, so during night water gets pumped many times and each time it makes loud noise for about 20 sec and woke up each time. I could turn it off and open windows, only there was very active street, so it was not an option. So I slept with pillow on my head. I had a chance to see other staff member - middle age lady. She was not so nice towards clients.

I liked design for rooms and common facilities. Everything was clean, bed was very comfy. Train station was about 10 min walk. There was German staff member who was very friendly and helpful. Even if hotel is on the second floor of gambling hall, I did not hear any noise from downstairs. Grocery store was about 5 min walk.

The bathroom had bad smell and toilet paper was left on the floor for 3 days in the same place in the shower. So cleaner is not cleaning corners of the floor and not useing cleaning products to remove build up and smell.

It’s not in the center, although you easily can get there by tram, bus or train. Reception was closed when we wanted to check out.

Friendly staff, we got a free drink on arrival. There is a kind of casino underneath the hotel, but you hardly notice it. Clean rooms that feel new and spacious. Really liked the shared kitchen with free coffee, tea and fridge to use.

Our door would not lock and neither would the bathroom door, and it was a little pricey.

The staff was lovely and they didn’t mind us rushing in and out on our way to and from the Eras Tour. It was a nice room and the place is very close to a train station.

Thin walls mean all noise from the corridor and doors could be heard It would be nice if there was at least a sink in the room, having to traipse to the bathroom to wash hands was annoying No privacy glass or net on window that looked out over a road I paid a lot for this room but I think that's because I stayed during the Taylor Swift concerts in Melbourne

Had trouble working the air-conditioning to suit me as simple panel on wall not remote.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to have the accommodation attached to a hotel with bistro for a meal and drinks. Very clean and comfortable room. Loved the decor and tiles in bathroom. Across the road from a train station, tram 2 min walk and cafes close by.
