Noise from the bar was disruptive and then when that finished, people moved to a nearby location to my room and continued to make noise for some time. I had been planning an early start to my journey and this was disrupted.

Bathroom very dirty. Room with balcony actually referred to the balcony of the hotel, not the balcony of the room. Lady who attended to our check-in was abrupt, almost rude.

Cheap. Comfy bed. Food in the restaurant. Hotel was excellent restaurant staff were very friendly.

There was no aircon in the room and the fan barely worked. It was really hot. The showers needed to be cleaned abit better as we found 2 dead cockroaches on the floor. The toilets seemed fine though

The staff were amazing and we had a great time downstairs with the live music and the bed was comfortable.

We were in the motel section basically adjoining the beer garden (which wasn't a garden). A hip hop/grunge band started playing just after 8pm. After over 7 hours travelling and I'm over 70, this was horrendous. The room we were in was literally reverberating with the incredibly load bass. The hotel staff couldn't give a damn and said we could go elsewhere. We checked, there was nothing else available in Scone. The refrigerator was very tiny and was set up as a mini bar and there was no room for us to put anything in it. There was only one kitchen chair. At 11.20pm, when we were in bed but wide awake because of the nice there was a man thumping on our door asking if we had the gate key. We were also told to be careful with our room key as it was the only one we had. We handed this to a cleaner in the morning to give to one of the staff members. We will never stay there again.

The King bed was very comfortable and the shower had really excellent water pressure.

No power (light etc) when arriving. Then after having to complain about this it was turned on but ceiling fan still not working. Told you don't get that in a budget room, why is it listed in the facilities for that room when booking? Room was so hot had to have window open fully all night to TRY and cool down but with no fly screen the mozzies moved in and also the overnight coal trains kept awake all night.

Shower was old but clean and with good pressure.

Close to train lines and live music was playing, room was not soundproof at all and felt like I was sitting right next to the crowd listening to the DJ (great DJ though) Wasn’t overly clean, pillow cases had that yellow stain tinge to them, Mirror in room looked like it had been wiped with dirty water. Shared bathroom bin was overflowing both the days I used it. Lock on shower door is broken so always shows up as ‘disabled’ even when it is unlocked and the shower is free to use

Good location, walking distance to other pubs and the RSL Showers had great water pressure and HOT water

Adjacent to a railway line/crossing and anytime a train approached the crossing it sounded it's horn. Several times during night, which interrupted sleep.

Due to a medical episode requiring hospitalisation and me contacting them to inform them, my departure interraction and experience of collecting my belongings was cold and sterile. It felt as if i was just a cash donor and there was no respect for what had occurred The bar attendant was very much hurry up and get your stuff. She wasnt pleasant

Jukebox in pub was playing at full volume all night. People in other rooms could be heard quite clearly through the walls. Shower set off fire alarms.

The pub held discos Fri and Saturday nights. We needed a good night's sleep the night before our event at Aberdeen. We didn't get it. The bathroom was pretty dire and the room needed cleaning.

The location was good. The pub food was good.

just old and very very tired. shared bathroom very average - but for $65 a night what do you expect. there was a hole in the bedroom wall. curtains were old and dirty.

Some shower room was covered with mould. Many pigeons was living in balcony spreading the flees and its feathers flow through in common area. My room has lots of rubbish under beds, pigeon's poo was on window's frame, lots of dust was on the fan. I don't mind the old building style but really need to be clean place.

It's excellent location very close to train station and city centre. Staff is helpful.
