The beds in the rooms were hard as rocks left and i left with a sore back and hips . Investment in some comfy mattress protectors would be a huge plus.. For the price of the rooms , comfy beds are a must

Such a high amount of people in the breakfast room and trying to line up for breakfast. Lining up to squeeze the juice. Cold eggs Floors needed a good vacuume

The shower… you have to wait a while for the water to actually get hot and the shower itself is ancient to the water pressure isn’t great.

Breakfast was fantastic- what an enormous variety!! Perfect for young families. Loved that you could take a tour on the little white train around the resort. Lots for kids to do - everyday there was either someone making balloons or face painting or something else, was a perfect family holiday.

spiderwebs and spiders in windows and balcony in room stairs to the second level too steep and were dirty/muddy ( my partner actually fell and sprained her ankle ) Room was outdated and not modern at all TV was old, WIFI / Chromecast is a good option to avoid Foxtel but the WIFI was slow so it wasn't great surcharge for all card payments.... why

Breakfast is one of the best buffet breakfast I have been to. Breakfast was busy but everything moved well and was fresh Location is perfect, food and drink options ie brewery and restaurants on site are nice and convenient after a days in the hunter Parking is easy

Breakfast is great! Our little boy likes the game centre the best. We also had a great dinner in the restaurant next to the swimming pool. The steak was really nice and juicy.

Difficult to get transport - we organised Ubers and taxis some turned up others didn’t .

Facilities were great! We were grateful for the early check in as I was mother of the groom and had to get ready the hotel was very accommodating! The wedding was held at Palmers Lane in a hail storm but it was very special. Breakfast was extremely yummy.

A little tired and dated, we thought with it changing brands from Crowne Plaza to Ridges it may have had some money spent on it to update some of the tiredness. Furniture a bit stained in the rooms looking like it needs updating.

When in the swimming pool, had to get dry, and put shoes and a shirt on before going inside to the bar - and difficult to open pool gate while holding drinks - it seems there is an outside bar at times but it was not open. All the kids activities advertised were not available as we went outside of school holidays, and the weekend was pouring with rain so they were canceled

Room ventilation - had to sleep with door open for good air meant listening to pool filter all night

Room options - it could have been our timing but the options were either too small for our family or much bigger than we needed meaning we paid more.

The property was excellent! Great layout and easy to get around. The water park was so much fun and well serviced.
