the basketball ring area has plenty of potential, please invest in a decent basketball ring considering how expensive the resort is, i did expect a better quality basketball ring, there wasn't even a ring on one of the basketball rings... disappointed me a bit as me and a few others there were a bit disappointed by it

Arrived at 2:15 pm but could not get into our room until 3:00pm. The room's skirtings and corners were not clean.

Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Well organized for such a busy time of year.

Hotel room was old and bathroom floor wasn’t clean enough, all cleaning liquids in the bathroom was empty. Bed was not comfortable enough.

Position was really good. Many activities for guests was very nice. Excellent restaurant and staff. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

There was really nowhere to have a quite meal. The Bar and Grill was was very noisy and felt like a cafeteria and the restaurant was only serving a buffet. We had dinner in the lobby. EV chargers are Tesla only

The food downstairs in the restaurant was very bad at dinner time, almost inedible, we had ok lunch from there though.

Great activities for kids over the school holidays, breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable. Even though it was peak school holidays we never had to wait too long for anything and the staff were friendly and coping well under a lot of pressure.

Not that much. Just the fact that it’s a bit outdated.

It’s super family and kids friendly. It has a great range of activities for kids. Especially the aquatics. Moreover the foods are good.

We have ordered two King room together, but we are not in the same building so not convenient for my family. And one of the tower is dirty.

Fit for family travel especially if you have little ones. Lots of kids activities. Water park perfect for your children. Restaurant fair enough.

The pillows were all too soft

Great resort facilities for every age all in inexpensive place. We went between Christmas and new year which was a busy period however the resort is big enough with a lot of facilities that it didn’t feel over crowded. Families were well catered for and the adult pool was perfect for a couple. Staff were very professional and friendly

The room we stayed in was not very clean. Dusty walls, webs behind the microwave, broom had webs all over it, rooms were very dusty

We found the pillows to be uncomfortable... There was no softer option. The pool area needed more shaded areas available. These were pretty limited when the hotel was full of families in the pool area. We paid for the movie deal but the movies kept stopping?

Room we were assigned smelt funny as mentioned above. Bit on the pricer end but that's the location.

Staff were very helpful. The room we were assigned had a mildew smell and looked a bit unclean but the staff were kind enough to give us a new and upgraded room. Facilities look great but didn't get a chance to visit the pool.

I didn't know that the villas were so spread out across the property. Next time I would book a hotel room in the main complex.

The grout between the bathroom tiles could do with a clean, grout in the shower was clean. Everything else amazing.

Great buffet breakfast. Great pools, one for adults only & a kids big wet world. Excellent bar area and food. Facilities include golf, tennis, basketball, games arcade, well stocked gift shop, several venues for hire, rides for the kids at cost but has everything! Villa accommodation perfect for a family or friends to share, self sufficient kitchen.

No sure why front desk had to see ID for every guest? Probably a great resort if you have kids, but could be very noisy in pool and foyer areas, at times.

Room was very quiet. Dinner was good, and the low level of noise allowed easy conversation. Enjoyed walking trails and spotting birds and wildlife.
