The cabin looks exactly as in the photo. The equipment was good, insect protection and air conditioning excellent. The cabin is a good size in itself, but if you are traveling as a couple, it is quite small if you have two suitcases with you.

Only fan in cabin, very very hot (outside cooler than inside), firm beds with only one very slim pillow for each - would have liked an extra pillow per bed, but I'm sure could've been arranged if we had asked

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and the garden around was very beautiful. The staff was helpful and kind and we recommend the restaurant. The plates were really good, especially the smoothies, delicious !

Front desk staff not always friendly or helpful. Provided limited information of tours and activities we could do in the Daintree.

Great bungalow, modern and private. Kitchen was outdoors with all the facilities we needed. Pool was fantastic, a little paradise in the rainforest. It was great the have the Turtle Rock Cafe for our morning coffee. Close to the board walks and beach.

Excellent location for exploring the Daintree. Cafe at the complex did great coffee and brekkie. Peaceful night sleeping in the rainforest. The little ensuite cabins actually feel quite luxurious.

Equipment of the shared kitchen was poor, and very old no fork for exemple. Kitchen was not very clean. Nothing in the cabins to store your stuffs

It really is a pitty that the Turtle Rock Cafe closes at 3pm and guests do not have the option to have a coffee/drink or snack when returning from outdoor activities. Also, a little table on the balcony of the cabins would be cool.

The cabins are all very modern and clean and have a small balcony. The cabins without private bathroom are close to the toilets/showers which is great - especially when it is raining. The cafe/restaurant on site, the Turtle Rock Cafe, is very nice and offers delicious breakfast and lunch.

A bar fridge would have been great And a hairdryer! Although, this is an eco lodge and probably not important for most visitors

The only downside at this venue was the lack of any kind of connectivity: there was no WiFi available anywhere in Cape Tribulation and we could not get phone signal. In some respect this was good for a relaxing time disconnected from the outside world but it was a bit of a surprise when we got there.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Safari Lodge. Firstly the location in Cape Tribulation is awesome. The bedroom and bathroom were both clean and well fitted out. The staff were really helpful and the cafe had a good breakfast in the morning.
