Such a great stay! The property is lovely and well kept. The living spaces and bedrooms are very spacious. The garden and property is beautiful, full of greenery and gorgeous animals. Hosts are lovely and easy to contact, helpful as we asked to stay an extra night. Our dogs loved the grass area and loved meeting all the animals. Location is perfect as it is quiet and relaxing, but only a short drive from Margaret River central and minutes from Cowaramup main strip.

Please put a door on the ensuite toilet. Maybe we're old fashioned, but we like some privacy when 'dropping the kids off at the pool'.

The property was beautiful inside & out. The house is huge, modern, spacious & luxurious. The owners supply everything you would need for a comfortable stay including linen, towels, soaps, coffee pods, fresh farm eggs, games, bbq area & a variety condiments in the fridge & pantry. The chocolate & wine on arrival was a wonderful birthday surprise as well. The location makes you feel like you're secluded on a farm in the middle of nowhere yet, most attractions, wineries, breweries, shops, beach etc are all within a 10- 15 minute drive, with the main cowaramup strip within walking distance! The chickens roaming out front & the sheep & alpacas in the back paddocks give it a true country feel surrounded by lush (beautiful) gardens maintained by the owner. The bedrooms are spacious, with the main front room having a jacuzzi, shower & separate toilet. The other 3 rooms are all spacious. 2 have queen beds & the other large room consists of 2 bunk beds. There is plenty of room to put luggage and clothes (most rooms have hangers included in the cupboards. Bedside draws & dresser draws were in most rooms too. The end of house has another bathroom with a shower, bath & seperate toilet. Next to a large laundry including a washer, dryer & ironing board. (Washing powder is available there too). Living area is large & open with a fire place, lounge area with TV & air con unit. We had 6 adults staying here & never felt cramped. There is a lot of space in this house to feel spread out. I would highly recommend this house for a family, group of friends, couples etc. The best part is, your dog is welcome to come along too. Our husky had the best time living it up, with a lot of wineries/ breweries now being dog friendly & not far at all We will be booking here again. (Only took video of the house not photos unless we were in them! Explains lack of pictures!)

Small issue - TV was not digital and could not access Netflix

Everything! The property was clean, well maintained and one of the best gardens I've seen. Kitchen was well stocked and the eggs were a bonus. The owners are friendly and responsive. Will definitely book again.

The place was so big! Lovely fresh eggs provided and everything you could want! Communication was excellent. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee, and all the incidental things you don't bring on holidays!

If you want a homely, clean and comfortable place, this is the spot. 2 families stayed here, 4 adults + 4 kids and a small dog. Ample play area in the rear for the children, lovely outdoor sitting area, close to Margaret River. We loved it so much

Not much to not like just remember to turn on solar booster for hot water if wet weather.

Spotless from top to bottom..well stocked with all the essentials and a bonus bottle of red and chocolates as well…close to town and lots of wineries breweries etc. would stay again without hesitation.. beautiful home.

Location so accessible to all south west region. House and gardens were immaculate. Being able to take our dog was a massive plus, as usually one of the family has to stay behind to dogsit.

Water couldn't get hot so most showers were lukewarm. Wasn't a problem when we stayed in January 2022 as it was during the peak of summer. However due to the colder weather starting early this year, it was a little too cold for our liking. Nothing to complain about though!

Everything! Sandra and Gerry are such a friendly couple that go above and beyond to make their home super comfortable. Literally feels like home away from home. The home is spacious, all linen and bedding was clean and the help was one text message away if needed.
