Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was large and very comfortable. It was clean and modern. Overcharged for breakfast but the reception staff remedied that after I brought it to their attention. A tip, don't get your own coffee from the dispensing machine unless you are buying the continental breakfast. If you do, you will be charged for a full continental breakfast on top of what you order from the menu!

AustraliaJulio's Restaurant was outstanding. Great menu and service - and the food and drinks were delicious! The hotel staff were very professional - welcoming and efficient. The room was comfortable and well-suited to our needs. The hotel is well located in West Perth - easy to reach and handy to many services. In short, it is a very comfortable place to stay.

UzbekistanThe windows in the room do not open, which would have been preferable. The quality of cleaning largely depends on the cleaner, but for us, it wasn't the main concern.
We arrived at night and were very well received. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. The room is well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is very quiet. The hotel restaurant offers simple Italian cuisine; the food is very delicious, and the portions are simply huge, with very polite staff as well. We chose this hotel solely for its proximity to a particular location we needed to be near, but we do not regret our choice at all.
