Lovely hotel in a great spot and very spacious. Had a minor issue which was resolved but perhaps needed more prompt attention. The beds were soooo comfy. A great place to stay in the desert and you only need to walk for 10 minutes to see Uluru from the lookout.

Unfortunately dinner and breakfast was a buffet , you could order a meal or small entree's from a menu which was fair in reflection. breakfast definitely needs to improve.

A comfortable base to explore Ayers Rock

This is the 5 star hotel in the Ayers Rock resort. It ticks all the boxes, but does not have the full vibe of a 5 star hotel, with a slightly dated/retro feel to it. Everything works, is clean, and well maintained though.

This was a very comfortable hotel to explore the nature parks surrounding it. The resort is small, and this is the best hotel you can pick in this captive market.

The Voyagers website was clunky and difficult to use. Needs an overhaul. The pillows were shallow and uncomfortable and room service surcharge was over priced.

Staff were sensational as was the food. Utilised the amazing day spa. Appreciated the free cultural experiences. Fantastic resort shuttle service.

Our room was lovely, comfortable and quiet providing all we needed for the basics during our stay. It was clean and had simple coffee, tea and hot chocolate making facilities. The resort had options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The nearby town square had further activities for visitors, many provided free, as well as shops. The other nearby resorts provided other eating options. And of course, you can marvel at the views of Uluru and Kata Tjuṯa before and after travelling to them on some of the many tours on offer from the visitor centre in the town square.

When we entered the lift (through courtyard, opposite reception) it smelled awful, and some sort of air freshener had been used which almost made it worse! We didn’t use the lift after that - it wasn’t the best first impression

The spaciousness of the room and balcony area. Good well-equipped bathroom and close to restaurant, pool, reception areas

For a 5 star hotel and the price, perhaps a nespresso coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was $49 for the buffet and an additional $6 for a latte. Things were very expensive.

This place was great. The staff were amazing and the location perfect.

The fact that we called for 3 consecutive days to address we left our electric espresso coffee maker behind in our room. The same response everyday,, waiting on "housekeeping." No one ever called back either way. 2nd, these lively indigenous kids came to our table. At some stage the concierge came to say they were too loud and that "some hotel guests" were complaining and they may have to ask the children to leave. I'm like, are you forgetting where you and that there children. I bought these children some chips and soft drinks and they ate and left quietly 🤫 Respect the locals for one, and if your on a working visa at the resort. Pull ya head in & chill out for goodness sake. Show some compassion!

Surroundings and Hospitality Staff were lovely.

initially we were allocated a room towards the back over looking the car park - the bed configuration was wrong for the 3 of us staying so we were able to change room (great service!!), but if we had to stay in the room overlooking the car park I probably would have cried as it didn’t feel very ‘resort-like’ and seemed a bit dingy - sorry but true

service from all staff was outstanding. The room was clean and very comfortable, maybe slightly dated but you’re not there to stay inside. New bathrooms in the room made 3 girls very happy. I was surprised at the quality of the food given the distance from main centres and also the use of local ingredients tied into the dishes and drinks too was very clever and well thought out. The buffet dinner was great, especially with a child 👍🏻 The pool area was a favourite hangout - it would have been great to have a few more sun loungers available, but it was very comfortable especially under the sails out of the direct sunlight when the temps rose in the afternoon. The cocktails were amazing!!!

The interior of the building is just a little dated. The pool size is amazing however the sun lounge area is a small. It would be great if the pool fence was moved to the end of the garden bed so that all the sun lounges could be on the grass area.

We like the rooms and breakfast was amazing. Dinner was amazing too
