How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Wi-fi/ ability to use Netflix or streaming services could have been better but was a minor issue as we we enjoyed time in the pool and saw the local area.
We have a wonderful stay, place was very clean, pool was very close to our unit. I loved that its only a short walk to the beach as well.

The beds were a little too soft for our liking. also the TV wouldnt let us use all channels/ But these are small things that really didnt worry us
overall we really enjoyed our stay. The pool and spa was our favourite aswell as how private our space was.

clean, new, great location within walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to local shops and between Noosa Heads and Sunshine Coast. Contains great amenities such as pool, bbq in apartment, private parking, euro laundry, AC and fan and full kitchen with oven and dishwasher and free wifi

Would be great if they had baby gates available, and one of the bedroom doors was sooo squeaky.
Nice and clean, a 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the local shops.

Great welcome and information from Keith and David, charming hosts. The house/apartment was amazing, comfortable, every thing you need , very relaxing. Very private. The pool area is great. 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a 15 min walk to the shops, cafes etc. good location for Noosa, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore etc . Best accomodation we have had on the sunny coast. Will return.

Feel bad making any noise with kids given how close and open the property is. Never had issues though!
Fully equipped with everything you need Dirac family. Pool and spa on site with only a short walk to a quiet beach.

The Aircon system didn't work in our first unit, so they were quick to move us to the next one. When we arrived into this unit the manhole was open, which we closed. This unit needed a good clean, as we went to use items out of the cupboard and they were dirty. The spa is too deep and when it is turned on it was rough and not enjoyable when is was a spa. The one way in driving was an extremely tight squeeze for an SUV and we wouldn't have stayed here if we knew that. The beach is near by, but the walk was long to the flagged areas, at check in we were told it was about a 5 minute walk.
BBQ was clean and easy to use.

The stairs were extremely unsafe , too narrow, too steep and NO hand rails in some areas which I felt may have not complied with health and safety rules. The driveway challenging and the parking for unit 18 unsuitable for any vehicle except small car. No covering along walkway from car parking to unit door. We got wet !!
Very clean tidy unit with plenty of light and outlook to the pool area. Good location

The room had no curtains in the kitchen area or the stairway window. No privacy when people walking past. Kitchen cupboards, utensils, cutlery not clean.

It seems that works are being undertaken to improve the property which is lovely to see. They are a bit tired in parts but well kept and clean.
Nice pool and lovely warm spa; pretty grounds that are well maintained, our apartment was nicely decorated and thoughtfully furnished.

The parking was extremely small and could not open the car doors to enter the unit, and we only had a small Toyota Rav4 so would hate to have a larger car. Could not get suitcase up to bedroom as stairs very steep and narrow.

Our 3 bedroom apartment was quite small. The bedrooms were cramped. You wouldn’t want to be staying too long in such a small space. They also had a bit of an ant problem.
The swimming pool and spa were good. They had fans throughout and an air conditioner available for particularly hot days.
