No complaints here! Everything we could have wanted and more.

Perfect spot on Hastings St - right in the action but hidden away from the noise. Great apartment layout and size for our family - modern apartment with all of the facilities you need and a great outdoor area to sit and relax with breakfast (or lunch or dinner)! Nick (the manager) and team are lovely and a bonus was the pool being heated to ‘Dad’ temperature so it was warm enough to stay in with the kids all day!

Not being informed that we had three flights of stairs to our apartment. I would have preferred less stairs.

Excellent location, within a stones throw of Noosa Heads beach, the Noosa national park and the sailing club. A clean and convenient apartment that was very good for a couple.

Front gate access didn’t work and we had to be let in by other guests- but honestly that was the only blip

we absolutely loved our stay at Saks. we will definitely book again.

Not knowing which apartment we were booking, some more modern than others Not much privacy on the balcony Cold in winter in the apartment - great to have air con but tiles cold would have loved a rug in the loungeroom to deal with the chill Was quite noisy at night with other apartments so close

The only downside, is the lack of a lift esp. if you are on the 2nd floor but inspite, of this I would re-book at Saks on Hasting. A few break in between flights of stairs and it's no big deal walking up.

Hotel was very clean, manager was friendly and very accommodating with our requests. Rooms facing Hastings street are the best. The other rooms are very good but just an Individual choice that we preferred the noise and people watching on Hastings street. Easy access to Hastings street, 5 mins walk to beach. Car parking facilities good and secure. If I every visit Noosa Heads again, would definitely book at Saks on Hastings.

I hated not having a view of anything. would’ve loved to have been in the front building so we could see the pool.

We didnt realise there wasn’t a lift. Nick was about to assist as we were arriving and leaving for which we were grateful.

Nick, the manager, met us in the carpark on arrival and carried our luggage upstairs. Another staff member, whose name I dont know, greeted us too, offering assistance. The apartment was spacious, open, airy, well appointed, and in a super location for beaches, walks, coffee - any number of restaurants - and shopping.

Would struggle with a big car. The carpark is both low (1.9m) and super narrow around some corners.

I didn’t realise there was no lifts, but from reading other reviews I think it was in the small print when booking. So I should have looked a little harder. This wouldn’t normally be a concern, it’s just that we had a pram. The Saturday night nightclub type sounds were so loud. Again, wouldn’t normally worry us if we were younger but with a baby we need our sleep. Maybe better soundproofing. Room needs a tiny bit of TLC, but still comfy.

I loved the location because we have a four month old it was easy too on get to coffee and the beach! Our apartment was comfortable. Nick, the manager was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool is very well looked after too.

Apartment needs upgrading, a bit tired for the price. There is no mirror or full length mirror at all, only mirror is in the bathroom. The dryer is a basic model ( not a condenser dryer ) so it caused a lot of condensation when used. Bathroom and toilet need upgrading. Lock on Apartment door is too close to door frame, makes it very awkward to open or lock without scraping knuckles.

Great location Beach just across the road ...shopping and resturants right outside on Hastings Street. Really comfortable bed.

Only a quarter of a sponge was in the apartment, barely enough to wash dishes, and one tea towel. No one to ask for anymore to better clean the apartment. Every dish in the kitchen was dirty.

Location was fabulous, the unit was comfortable and had almost everything you need.
