We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe property is getting a little dated but is well maintained and appointed. They only left us one toilet roll for a 3 night stay but it was easy to ask for more. They do not provide beach towels and parking is a little tight. The dryer was not working.
The location was great. Very short walk (across the road) to the beach and even shorter walk to restaurants and food options on Hastings Street. The pool is a nice refreshing way to end a day at the beach. The staff were friendly but we had minimal interactions with the staff. They have a collection of beach buckets and body boards to borrow.

Our unit was comfortable attractively appointed and close to the beach and all the shops on Hastings street. We enjoyed the nice size balcony and even were able to listen to a singer performing the cafe below from the comfort of our street facing balcony.

AustraliaThe location was amazing, just across the road from the beach and short walk to the National park. There’s also a great cafe across the road and loads of restaurants to either eat in or take away within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was lovely and clean. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Knowing the apartment is on Hastings Street, the light sleeper in our family brought ear plugs to block out the early morning noise. We had a very enjoyable week and would stay again 😊
