The beachfront location and the amazing ocean view

Room 39 (level 4) No air con, and although there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms there isnt one in the lounge/main seating areas of the unit, and the fan in the main bedroom remained at the same slow speed no matter what level ypu dialed it to The electrical ports sparked every now and then when turning things on and the whole facility blacked out for about 15 seconds around 8pm. The door to the main bedroom wouldn't close so we had to put our suitcases up against it to close it so our 2 yr old could sleep without having to hear noise from the loungeroom. The apartment Definitely could use afew touch ups but all in all you just can't beat the location and the view.

Location was perfect. The beach and pool was right there with a nicely maintained grassy Area, it was exactly the location I wanted and needed. It definitely didnt seem over crowded especially considering it was easter weekend. We were able to lounge on the pool chairs, use the spa, cook on the BBQ, and sit outside on the grassy area comfortably without the pressure of too many people at once. The beach was lovely and quiet with easy access right at your doorstep. I loved having a laundry and a full size kitchen, plus the cupboard full of pool toys was a nice little suprise! Nice and spacious apartment with a 6 seater dining room table plus 2 comfortable lounges for the family to sit on. Great location and would definitely stay again!!

No clothes horse to hang wet clothes/swimmers on. En-suite was tiny, with no room to hang up towels.

A bit noisy as bedrooms on road side but not too bad. Double glazing would possibly help.

Lovely position overlooking the beach. Right on beachfront so easy to walk to Tugan village or down towards Coolangatta. Property was clean and our unit although old had been recently painted, refurbished. Beautifully spacious.

Signs up saying smoke free complex, clearly this is a token gesture and not enforced. Constantly having smoke blow in as the complex is not air conditioned. Some apartments being renovated which meant some noise which was kept to a minimum but still not the most relaxing

Great location right near the beach, complex has a pool and small indoor games room with table tennis. Also has an outdoor tennis court. Apartment was recently renovated. Smart tv was good, kitchen was pretty well equipped.

No fan in lounge area. No air-conditioning. Not being able to open the washing machine lid all the way. Having to pay for extra toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid etc. Flight path. No screens on bedroom windows. Sqeaky sheets.

Beach access. Secure parking. Spa and pool. Spacious rooms. Security.

Our unit was very unclean. The oil heater provided was caked in mould and a thick layer of dust on the bottom rail. Unusable. The ensuite walls were covered in black hairs. Not just one or two, but caked across the walls. We didn’t use the ensuite. The second bedroom bedspreads smelled SO bad of musty/mouldy that we had to leave the window open for our full stay in order to dissipate the smell. And it was cold. The carpet throughout was old and dirty and smelled like wet dog. Really grubby. The electric frypan supplied was totally unusable, with crusted food in it. Gross. The seals on the windows did not stop the wind whistling through and only one flyscreen on one window was really odd. Wifi - don’t bother. We had to hotspot the whole time. Really disappointed for the price we paid.

Fabulous location on the beachfront. Amazing views and walkability to Tugun cafes and restaurants.

Everything was very good. There wasn't anything not to like.

Loved looking straight out at the beach and ocean. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It was close to shops cafe's and restaurants.

It was very humid when we stayed. The fans in the rooms were great but the living area was steamy!

Not really suitable for disabilty people with walkers and wheel chairs, due to stairs to get to the pool. Requires ramp down the south side by tennis court end. In stead of having to walk around. Bottom unit would have been better.

The internet and television reception was dreadful. The staff were rarely at the front office though were available by phone. The staff were rude when we needed to cut our visit short due to positive COVID tests.

Amazing location and our apartment had been recently renovated - beautiful kitchen and view. Beachfront access was excellent. Showers were fantastic.
