The standard that was given was very high from the time we arrived to when we left. The staff were very friendly and supportive with any of our needs and shared ideas of what was available near and around Sandbar ❤️❤️

The kitchen was fully equipped with so many utensils, wine glasses, coffee mugs, plates, bowls, salad bowl, toaster, kettle, saucepans and frypans. Instructions for all the appliances were available on a website with a password. No coffee machine but I packed coffee bags. The room did have teabags and instant coffee satchels supplied plus a small milk in the fridge. But Coles and Aldi are a 3min walk away, which was so convenient. As noted in a precious guests comments - the only negative was the bathroom mirror shelf - it was too close to the sink so you would hit your head when finishing your teeth. All the guests were very friendly - I’m guessing most were permanent residents. Great entertaining area on Level 2 with an enclosed room with a lounge, dining table and tv. Outdoors chairs spread out around the area with bbqs. Only negative - no fridge to store your bbq food or drinks but we carried an esky down.

Ummm…can’t think of anything!!

Very clean, new and smart. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with sea views on level 12. Views of beach and city were amazing. 2 lonely bathrooms with good showers. Well stocked kitchen, although we only ate breakfast in. Convenient underground parking. Friendly front desk.

Everything was perfect but the pool was very cold!

Amazing apartment! Incredible view from the room looking up the coast towards Surfers. I loved the beautiful styling and the apartment was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms! The kitchen was well set up with everything we needed including a washer and dryer. The room was spotless and clean and the beds were very comfortable! We would stay here again. It's close to the beach and driving distance to many other attractions in the area.

The road works on the Gold Coast Highway makes it tricky to access.

The key system was a little confusing for the reception door and garage doors, and some signs in the undercover parking could have helped navigate the initial parking directions.

The Location was perfect, the north facing views from the room was amazing, we stayed on the 17th floor and could see the beach across to the mountains.

The neglect to mention the roadworks out the front. It wasn’t really a problem for me but it seems to be an issue for most of the people that if you don’t check in by 5 pm, they will hit you for the full night rate. As an accommodation provider myself, it seems like a smart and reasonable thing to implement from a business owner perspective, but I can see why people might be upset with this.

It is reasonably close to the beach except for the roadworks which are horrendous and nobody mentions. In fact I think it is a complete deliberate neglect to mention just how hard it will be to find and access the property. They are obviously embarrassed and frustrated by the roadworks that are going on out the front of the property, but they should still make incoming guests aware of this nonetheless. I really liked how sparkling clean and new the place is .

This property is very classy and comfortable. The views are amazing. The property is very new and has everything for a comfortable stay. It is not your usual holiday let it is 5 star and all the comforts of home. WIFI was very good.
